I think i know who it is but i refuse to let my movie and character analysis go for now. Great updates if you decide to make the sequel on the nemesis program or on the bloody apocalypse movie go right on just make sure will and tara are joined together at the end even if its by death or damn i'm getting ahead of myself but man just don't let the peeps in the white suit get them, hell opens up again. Best Notes:Ok. I know those of you that really like this story will like this message. I have a sequel all planned out. Not written yet, but I planned it out really well. I even took notes on Resident Evil Apocalypse. By the way, I know it may seem like I'm keeping characters alive because I think they're cool, but the characters that survive have a purpose in upcoming chapters and some I have a plan for in the sequel as well. Of course I have to have a plan for W/T. I also have a happy ending for this part of our hero's story. Don't worry, I got ya covered. Also, I always keep my promises.

Willow shook her head. Tara looked at her worriedly. The Red Queen pressed again,"Do it!" Willow lifted the axe and smashed the computer screen. The team looked at the window. It was cracked but the creature was gone. The door suddenly opened. Slowly as ever it revealed what was behind it.

"She wouldn't open the bloody door so I had to fry her ass," came the voice of one very bloodied and very dirty looking Spike. At the looks he was recieving he decided to explain his not being dead,"I crawled the other way down the pipes and came out at the Red Queens layer again. Funny how they followed me through the pipes, I thought the so called dining hall would still be crowded, but turns out all of 'em followed your asses."

Willow came up to him and slapped him,"You scared me with that fucking gunshot so I thought something else was coming through this door," she explained her actions,"But thank you for saving us." She allowed a small grin and then she grabbed Tara's hand and pulled her out of the water. Same with everyone else.

Xander stops by Spike,"I thought we were done for when the door opened. Next time let us know with your voice." As soon as he said it he started off after the others, followed closely by Spike.

The group came to the train station as fast as they could, running into minimal trouble, thank the heavens. Willow couldn't help, but think that most of them were probably still trying to find their way up from the electrical tunnels.The real question was,Where is the hunter, as it's prey runs toward freedom? Willow questioned herself. She knew it wasn't over yet. Something was about to happen.

Buffy looked at Willow and Willow nodded,"Alright, everyone on the train," shouted Buffy. Then more quietly she spoke to Willow," Do want me to get it?"

Shaking her head 'No' Willow made her way to the second car. Right there, was the bloodied, half eaten body of her ex-(FAKE-husband. She reached down and grabbed the case and shut it. Just as she took a step away, Oz grabbed at her long leather boot,"h-e-e-l-l-p," his voice rasps through his bloodied face.

Willow kicks his hand away,"I thought you wanted my dreams to come true. They wouldn't if I helped you." She smirked and walked away. Before she could reach the door she runs into a very stricken Tara.

"I thought, well I needed," Tara shook her head,"In case we don't make it through, as you and I both know it's coming," She grabbed Willow with both hands, one by the back of the neck and one by cupping Willow's cheek, and kissed her with all her might. It shared all that needed to be shared. The pain of one's lost, and the known that they still had hope to live. It sealed the promise that they knew what was about to come.

They pulled apart leaving quick pecks in between. Tara stared hard into emerald eyes. Willow stared into sapphire,"Tara, will you go out with me when this is done?"

"How do you know we'll make it," was the question Willow knew was coming and the question Tara knew to ask.

Willow smiled,"Because I didn't go through all of this thinking about almost the entire time, maybe I thought about survival and what I was doing here, but that's not the point. I'm getting off track, but I didn't go through all this," Willow stopped when Tara let out a giggle," What are giggling about?"

"You," Tara said without question,"You babble. I think it's adorable."

Willow hung her head and smiled while biting her lip,"Back to to my point, I didn't go through all of this planning how to ask you out just to end up dying, going to heaven and slamming my foot down thinking,' Ah man. I didn't even get to ask her out. How fair is that?' So ya know, I'm prayin'."

"How do you do that," Tara asked.

"Magic."

All through this 2 minute conversation, Faith and Buffy sat there watching,"Makes ya kinda wish you were at home with a honey of your own don't it, B?"

Buffy nodded her head,"I had a 'honey' as you call it. She left me. I think she thought love was a little too complicated."

"Well, maybe she's learned somethin' and wants to try again. Would ya take her back?"

"Maybe,"Buffy smiled at Faith," Angel? You've been my best friend since we were kids, and Xander I met you in high school so you and I are pretty close too. Would you give her a second chance?"

Xander scratched his chin mockingly,"I don't know. She seems pretty suspicious to me."

Angel nodded,"I agree. Maybe, nah. I would take her back," Angel said, winking at Faith. He was a pretty friendly guy. He gave a reasurring smile and walked away to see how Dawn was holding. Xander went back over to Anya. Riley was sitting in the corner.

Just then Willow and Tara joined them on the train. Spike nodded at them," Does this mean we're ready for take off?"

Tara nodded. He started the train then came back into the car. By then, Willow was giving Riley the anti- virus. He looked up at her,"I lost almost everything here. My love. My humanity. I almost lost my life. You know that if this doesn't work, I want you to shoot me. I don't want to be one of those things." Willow sadly nodded. She moved to Spike to give him the anti-virus from his scratches that the zombies gave him.

Spike went back into the drivers place, while Willow gave it to everyone else who had been infected. Not many really had been. They just wanted to be sure so that if the scratches they had had come from the zombies that they wouldn't have to be killed.

Just then there was a loud thump on the top of the train. At the side of the train a huge scratch came through and hit Angel's arm. He had 3 gashes in his arm now. Right after this, Spike was wipped out of the front and thrown off the train, landing dead on the tracks behind. The monster came through the roof and everyone backed away. It's long tongue whipping round.

Sorry. Another Cliff hanger. More feedback get's answers. We all know that this isn't true and that I'll update tomorrow, but hey, humor me.
Thanks for all the great feedback so far, and I do hope I get feedback from this chapter. Willow and Tara goodness. 2 more chapters and we'll have our happy ending with a mysterious twist and then the sequel. Um, does anyone know if I have to write the sequel in a different topic or in this topic with this story?--tru2urheart.

YAY!!!!! They kissed! Finally! And I liked Willows babble-attack!!

So, I guess Buffy and Faith where a couple, huh? Good, I like them together. It's hot! (well not as hot as Willow and Tara of course, more a different kind of hot. Slayer hot.... , sure they're not slayers in this story, but still.... Uh could someone stop me please! )

Damn it what's so hard about killing the damn thing. She gets a damn pipe shoves it on its tongue and than Tara opens the door stumbling on a dead riley which she shoots he stumbles causing the door to open and the thingy magingy burns on the tracks, dies than they go and live happily ever after right? Well that's up to you cause you're the author and i really appreciate you and your writing but damn this cliffhangers will be the end of me. I'll be looking forward to your sequel although may i suggest/request a nice sex scene between the two and oh maybe giles join them in the sequel it's not mutant without the british or english. Sorry about the babbling at the begginging to many hangers to hang onto but great update you had me bitting my bloody nails off they're short now.

Well now, ain't that just typical of a monster. Doesn't even finish it's meal, just mauls Oz into kibble and leaves him to bleed out. It's just so inconsiderate.

Need I say more? Willow-babble's always fun. Her sentences often finish up nowhere near where they start.

Then, after all that, Spike gets wasted. D'oh! Let's see, Riley's infected, and so's Angel. Better hope the anti-virus works better in your version, or they are royally screwed.

And now they just have to waste the big ugly. That should be fun for all.

Just then there was a loud thump on the top of the train. At the side of the train a huge scratch came through and hit Angel's arm. He had 3 gashes in his arm now. Buffy was the first to recover from the shock,"Did the computer thingy mention how we're supposed to kill this thing?"

"No, but I have a feeling asking it to go away nicely won't work," came the yelled response from Xander.

"It's worth a shot," Dawn said turning to the monster,"Will you PLEASE leave us alone and go back to your, uh, home?"

It paused and turned to Dawn. Angel looked at it fearfull,"I don't think it..."
The creature turned and went out the door,"worked?"

Anya did a double take,"How did you do that? How can you do that? That's cheating. Someone is supposed to fight it and then die as the hero along with the monster. You cheated!"

"Well, it's GONE isn't it?" Dawn looked at her like she was insane.

Before anyone else could reply, the long tongue whipped in and grabbed Willow around the waist, whipping her out once again, but Willow wasn't going without a fight. She took the monster with her, along with a brown case that no one had even noticed. The train moved on and Willow was left with the monster.

Tara looked out the door that Willow had vanished through. All she could see was a few lumps in the dim lit tunnel. Neither of them moved. She looked at the remaining group. As soon as she finally registered what had happened, she sank to her knees in tears. Dawn was the first by her side, then Buffy. Riley looked at her hazily and whispered,"I'm sorry."

Willow shook her head as she was trying to come back from the fall. She looked around and saw the monster on the floor. Then she looked ahead and only saw remaining dust of where it had been. She wasn't too far behind, but she couldn't run that fast. She looked down at the brown case, but before she reached for it the monster awoke and rose quickly. It lashed it's tongue around and grabbed her foot only to throw her against the wall right where the case was. It broke open, but Willlow hadn't noticed.

She got up and jumped away from the tongue this time, quickly kicking the monster in the head.It grabbed her other ankle and threw her behind where the case was and then advanced on her ready to make the kill.

Willow kicked it away from her, rolled away before something in the case had caught her eye.

Flashback

"It's the latest in the department. It takes the virus to a whole different level. It makes the virus a part of you. The strength, and the speed without the death. The only thing is, is that we don't know if it works," a scientist was saying," It was tested by someone, but this person was killed awhile ago before he could finish these notes. People wanted the new breakthrough for money. Ya know, the usual."

Willow had just nodded her head and took the case. She got on the train and waved goodbye. Oz was there,"What are we going to do with it?"

"Nothing. I fight with guns or my own hands. What would I ever need it for?" She had asked.

End Flashback

Well she needed it now. She didn't know what would happen, but if it was the only way to stop this creature from getting back to the others than she would take the risk. Even if it meant her life. Tara was worth that all on her own. So with the rest of them there she didn't have a slight hesitation in using this gadget.

She took it. It seem to go on like a wrist band. It started to melt into her skin and something that felt like a needle plunges into her arm. She cried in pain.Great. A new tattoo. Maybe I should get a motorcycle and a leather jacket if I live through this. As soon as the needle feeling was gone, she looked at the creature and the creature saw her eyes blaze a blood colored red. Then they went back to normal.

Willow had no idea that this was the version of the t-virus that the Initiative actually hoped for. That it was what they were trying to design in the first place. If this was mixed with the t-virus that the zombies had in them, it would surly be dangerous. And it would be. But not now.

The train came to a stop at the mansion entrance. Everyone filed out as fast as possible. They all sat down on the floor and just tried to adjust. Tried to gather all that had happened. They set their weapons down right inside the door.

Dawn gave Angel some of the anti- virus while Anya and Buffy sat with Tara. Faith and Xander right next to them. They all sat there with one goal. To Forget. But the world wasn't about to let that happen. Riley fell into darkness. A minute later he got up a quietly and slowly crossed the floor.

He reached them as they turned around. Dawn was the first to notice his face,"Get away. He's dead!" The group scrambled away but Riley caught Tara's ankle. He was about to bite her when a gun shot sounded and he dropped to the floor. Willow stood at the entrance to the train. Angel's pistol held out in front of her,"Goodbye Riley. Hope you're happy in heaven." She said quietly to the pile of flesh on the floor,"I'm sorry."

Tara couldn't believe her eyes. She rushed to Willow right away, kissed her with all her might before pulling back. They sank to the floor just holding one another. Willow was still trying to pull everything together so the only thing she could say was,"He asked me as a friend to shoot him. To make sure he wasn't one of those creatures. So I hope he isn't mad. Are you ok?" She looked into Tara's eyes.

Tara nodded,"Let's just get out of here. You can crash at my place. You probably don't want to stay here."

Willow also nodded. The sound of the alarm that Buffy had placed broke the silence. The doors closed. Hopefully for good. They headed out. The group following behind them.

Well, Willow's infected ( kind of, but at least it's not the zombie making version. Or is it? ), Riley's gone to the big barracks in the sky and everyone else seems hale and hearty. If the anti-virus actually works, that is. Didn't help Riley much, now did it.

The bit with Dawn getting the monster to leave simply by asking it to was a hoot.

This is really cool - I liked the movie, but it did get by on a fairly rudimentary plot. I like how you've expanded and extrapolated based on the original. Especially introducing plot threads which (I presume, anyway) will lead into the second film's area. Much as I liked it, I have to say I thought it was kind of clumsy how Apocalypse retroactively introduced a lot of its additions to the story, and tried to pretend they were there all along. No danger of that here.

Ah, zombies - I love a good zombie story The addition of Willow and Tara makes it all the better, and I like how they're not just tacked onto the story, but in the middle of the action thanks to the way you've threaded them into RE's storyline. Willow especially, in Milla's role. I'm sorry I haven't left feedback before, but I've been busily catching up; I'm looking forward to the epilogue, and hopefully the sequel thereafter.

Epilogue

(3 days after the events in the Hive)

"Ok. I never thought I would enjoy a walk around the mall, but I'm just glad I can still walk. I am never going into an underground place ever again unless it's my own basement," Xander says as the group all sit in an unoccupied table of the food court.

"Yeah. Agreed, except for the part about the mall. I love the mall. I guess it's just a girl thing huh," Dawn says taking a drink of her soda,"That whole thing majorly changed all of us. Yesterday Buffy and I called Dad, and said we love him. We have never done that. Buffy and Faith got back together and Faith finally said 'I love you'. Oh and Buffy took the d..."

Before she could finish, Faith had her hand over Dawn's mouth,"Dishes yo. Buffy did the dishes. Which I have never seen her do. It's all five by five."

Tara gave a half smile and Willow grinned and said,"Yeah. Tara and I have done a few things too. I went to see my parents. Which I now have had a long talk with them to let them know what I've been doing, plus, I found out I was gay. Who woulda thought?" Everyone laughed.

"I threw out all my Initiative products, like shampoo and stuff. Then I went to go get a grave stone for my brother, which Willow helped support me," Tara smiled, telling her story," Then we went on a date."

Angel was sitting at the end of the table,"I got my wound cleaned and then went to the beach. I needed the tan." He gave a charming smile.

"Me and Xander had lots and lots of sex. Then he proposed to me. After I said 'yes' we had our first orgasms as an engaged couple," Anya looked at everyone,"What?"

"You're engaged," Faith asked, trying to break the disturbing silence," Well congrats. Good goin' Xan man. You two will make a great couple," She then whispered into Buffy's ear,"Any children they have are going to be macho man, sex loving, scared of bunny, weirdos, but hey, they at least love each other."

Buffy nodded, scared at the thought,"Well, first, congrats to you. You two I know will be happy together. Then I want to tell you that Faith, Dawn, and I have quit our jobs at The Initiative. Put together, we have plenty of money between the three of us. The Initiative paid us alot."

Angel nodded,"Yeah, I quit also. I've paid everything off anyway, and I have enough money for emergancy, fun, and any other bills."

"Anya and I quit yesterday. By then they were furious. Did everyone else have to sign that contract of 'no telling'?" Xander asked the group.

They all nodded their heads. Just then Willow stood up,"I'll be back in a minute guys. I've gotta use the restroom."

She got off of Tara's lap and started forward. Turning the corner she didn't go into the restroom, but instead went into a closet.

She ran her hand through her hair and sat down for a minute. She had been having these wierd pains in her body since they got back. It ran from her legs to her chest, then to her arms, finally making her head swim in dizziness. It stopped after a minute. She regathered her composure and opened the door. Not even noticing that it had been locked. She walked away. The lock on the door was broken.

Angel had gone home when the others had decided to go to a movie. He went to his couch and sat down. He wasn't feeling well. Dizziness, and pain. His wound was itching constantly. He screamed in pain when the wave of pain came through again. Below the bandages, hair started to slowy grow. Stiff hair. The same hair that had been on the beast that gave him the wound.

"I want him in here now. I want him in the nemisis program. He has been infected! I also want Miss Rosenburg in here. She has something going on as well. Do it now!!" Screamed Warren. Andrew and Jonathan looked at the head scientist. They moved to get the team of Initiative soldiers.

Adam walked over to Warren,"I want to know what went on down in the Hive. Send my team down there. Immediately!"

Willow and Tara were sitting in Tara's home by the fire,"Thanks for letting me stay here. It's a beautiful home."

Tara nodded,"You're very welcome." Willow was about to say something else but Tara stopped her with her lips. The kiss started soft, but excalated into something more. They moved to her room.

Outside, the team of soldiers watched the windows fog. The curtains were closed, but they waited. Until the room went Dark. They were finally asleep.

"WILLOW?!"

New Notes: SURPRISE!!!!!!!!LlAST CHAPTER. FILLED WITH SCENES THAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN THE LAST CHAPTER. The big fight scene I promised..Slight humor, with the mentioning of some real celebrities, but don't take what the gang says personel. I don't really think of the celebrities this way.

Angel had gone home when the others had decided to go to a movie. He went to his couch and sat down. He wasn't feeling well. Dizziness, and pain. His wound was itching constantly. He screamed in pain when the wave of pain came through again. Below the bandages, hair started to slowy grow. Stiff hair. The same hair that had been on the beast that gave him the wound.

The group had gone to see 'Scooby Doo' and were now just hanging out at the park near the movie theater.

"Okay, she so did not look like me. Sarah Michelle Gellar is just plain stuck up from what I heard," Buffy said trying to defend herself.

"I think we all have people that look like us. They probably have totally different personalites though. Plus, they never look exactly the same," Came Willow's comment.

Faith gave a laugh,"You say that, Red, because you seem to look like that Alyson Hannigan girl off 'American Pie'. 'One time at band camp...'," The others started laughing.

"Hey, Willow. I don't mean to change the subject, but have you always had that tattoo?" Dawn asked from her spot on the grass.

The others stopped laughing, Xander was the first to speak,"Yeah. I didn't notice it down in the tunnels."

Willow's eyes had gone a bit wide when Dawn had asked,"I don't remember getting it, but I do remember having it. For a long time. I think Oz had one too. Probably just a mark of showing we work there." She covered. Hopefully they didn't know too much about The Hives' security.

"Well, I don't want to know about a stupid tattoo. They're boring and just sit there. Now if it danced,"Anya said," Anyway, I want to know what happened to you down in the tunnel. The train tunnel. You looked like you had the shit beaten out of you."

Tara, who had been quietly observing this from her spot of holding Willow from behind, same as Faith with Buffy, and Xander with Anya, decided it was her turn," If you want to tell us that is."

Willow knew this moment would come,"Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you." She knew that she would leave out the virus. She didn't know what they would do to her if she told them. If she told Tara. So she pretended that the case had something else.

The Tunnel

Willow shook her head as she was trying to come back from the fall. She looked around and saw the monster on the floor. Then she looked ahead and only saw remaining dust of where it had been. She wasn't too far behind, but she couldn't run that fast. She looked down at the brown case, but before she reached for it the monster awoke and rose quickly. It lashed it's tongue around and grabbed her foot only to throw her against the wall right where the case was. It broke open, but Willlow hadn't noticed.

She got up and jumped away from the tongue this time, quickly kicking the monster in the head.It grabbed her other ankle and threw her behind where the case was and then advanced on her ready to make the kill.

Willow kicked it away from her, rolled away before something in the case had caught her eye. Inside the case was a sword. (I know. Lame, but I couldn't think of anything else, Willow thought)

Before she could grab it the monster grab at her ankle. She was flung into the wall again. She got up and did a spin kick into the monster's jaw, or what should be a jaw. 'Eew.' Anyway, she jumped awya from the creature as it lunged with it's claws to strike.

She ran fast, up the wall (this part in slow motion to us, eh why not make it interesting?) she tucks her head and rolls off the wall into the case, grabbing the sword. When she does, she has a flashback of her training (not going into that, some of that was just plain unethical) and how to fight with a sword. She twists it around as the creature tries to strike again, but when she swings her sword the creature catches it in mid strike and knocks it away along with Willow.

She goes in again and finally cuts the head off. She falls to the ground sitting at the base of the wall. She rests for a minute before remembring the rest of them. Then quickly runs down the tunnel. She sees their weapons by the train exit. At first, she thinks she is too late, but then she sees them resting in the hall.

Seeing Riley nod off she grabs Angel's pistol.

"And that's all there was," Willow finished telling her story. She knew that she had told wrong. She had actually done the whole fight scene truthfully, but instead of having a sword to chop it's head off, she broke the neck and twisted harder to make sure it would never again set foot down on their grounds. In other words, she grossly took the head off by hand.

"Wow," Dawn said,"You must have been quite a trained fighter."

Willow nodded.

Willow and Tara were sitting in Tara's home by the fire,"Thanks for letting me stay here. It's a beautiful home."

Tara nodded,"You're very welcome." Willow was about to say something else but Tara stopped her with her lips. The kiss started soft, but excalated into something more. They moved to her room.

Tara backed up into the bed, never breaking the kiss," Are you sure? Cause if your not, we don't have to do this."

Willow just nodded and started kissing down Tara's neck,"I've... never... done... this... before... with... a... woman." She stated in between kisses.
Tara just put her hands up,"Hey. As much as my body wants this, as much as I want this, I think we should wait. It's not time."

Willow just grinned,"Ok, but can I still have Tara kisses and snuggles. Those are now essential to my life."

"I think we can handle those," Commented Tara.

Some really steamy kisses later,"Alright. We have officially steamed up the windows. Our shirts are off, and we were just about to go farther. I think we're done for now, Miss 'just kisses and snuggles'." Tara gave Willow her half smile. They put on their shirts.

Willow grinned, reached over, turned out the light, and snuggled back into Tara. They were asleep in seconds.

About 20 minutes later.

Willow gets roughly pulled from the bed.

"WILLOW!!!"

Hope ya liked the surprise chapter. Still ended with a cliff hanger, but it's not as rushed. My family told me we were going somewhere, right when I was in the middle of the chapter so I though I would wait to put the end up. So here ya go. Hope it was liked. -- tru2urheart

Well, I can only really think of one thing to say. They actually bought that lie about there being a sword in the case? Are they really all that dense?
