Jomarch, that was beautiful. I'm a little teary. * uses spare panties to wipe her eyes* And yes, you do deserve Martians. I would also love to see a sequel - you have left us hanging somewhat with Willow's legs. (hm, that didn't quite come out the way I meant it.) Anyway, you know I'll be there cheering and pantiless for whatever you do next!

Jomarch-

I can't even begin to list the reasons why I loved this fic...if I did I might grow all misty.

Let me just say this one thing - I'm so happy you ended this when you did. Don't get me wrong. I could read YOUR Willow and Tara for hours on end. I'm just so pleased that Willow suddenly didn't rise out of her chair, and dance or something. She may walk again. She may not. Does it matter? Should either of them, or us, your readers, care? Love is all about better and worse, sickness and health. Thanks for conveying that.

I'll look for future tales from you. My panties are slightly aired out (the Windy City lived up to it's name today), but I fling them joyfully to mark a job well done.

Anyway, I look forward to reading more of your stuff, when and if you do it. This first foray into fic has been what might be termed a success.

Jomarch,

Y'know I'm always a bit sad when fics come to an end. At the same time I am always so impatient to find out what will happen (can't have it all ways I know).

Anyway, loved the story. Nice ending. Off to work soon with a smile on my face.

Hope you write more soon.

Jomarch, this was so lover-ly. Thanks for sharing this with us. Happy endings are soo what I need right now, and I'm thrilled that you provided it. I love the way you portrayed Willow and Tara in this. It was wonderful to see their devotion to one another. I think you depicted them realistically and with an incredible amount of warmth. Kudos! Can't wait for the next one...there WILL be a next one, won't there?

Oh dear. I'm verklempt. I'm verklempteder than verklempt!

*Scoops jomarch up into huuuuuge cuddly hug. Not realizing that poor jomarch's lungs are having quite a difficult time performing their job, she carries her around like this mumbling declarations of respect and betarific devotion and gratitude...*

I can't believe you... with the chapter ten intro stuff and the dedicationiness... and.... wweaah heah heah! (bawling) I love your grammar and spelling! i live for it! and your storytelling of course! you've made me so happy!

Martians of the incredibly deserving jomarch.... If i have anything to say about it as "bestest" and most pushy, pokey, proddy, pleady beta, jomarch will write us more... else she'll have to listen to me begging her day in and day out with my disembodied voice, the way i do.

(btw, jomarch - emailed you with congratulations re: april 2. I'm not sure if it made it.... did you get it? computer was wonky) .

But the one lesson they had both learned, the one thing that would hold all the bad things at bay, was that they would always be stronger together. Always together, never apart.

Thanks you guys, Part Deux

Postby jomarch » Wed Apr 03, 2002 7:15 am

*Drakkenfyre* - I am glad you liked the panties but I think Pixie's are the ones that are collector items.

*Blue77* - You sound like an optimist and I love your ending too.

*sheila wt* - Start??? But Sweetie, I finished, really, All 10 chapters. All done :) .

*Muttley* - I love your summation of that chapter. Thank you. And thanks for giving me the rest of the week off as well:) .

*wolflord* - So just so we're on the same page, you're not mad anymore right ? :) .

*Karzia* - So many questions, well Blue77 has a pretty good ending :) . And I have to tell you, I love your sig. Go Dorothy!

*Tiggrscorpio* - Next fic, well, there may be a slight problem. Will explain at the end of this. Thanks for reading and the feedback.

*LeatherQueen* - I love naughty Willow too. So much fun!

*pikescoob* - I hope I write another one too.

*Pixie* - Awwww, I made Pixie cry. *Bad jomarch, bad jomarch* Well, you do know some of the story about whether I write the next one....

*Bobos Mom* - Please don't cry, I already made Pixie cry and have just berated myself. You have a list??? Wow, that is so sweet! Thank you for understanding that the happy ending to me was that they were together too.

*delany* - No panties, really??? Yes, it is over andI really think that 10 chapters is my limit. I can map out a story in 10 chapters. Anything more and I think I would go catatonic.

*tommo* - yes, you did post. And I meant what I said in your thread.

*Nutty Girl* - Enjoy your work day and glad you liked the story.

*Sela* - I really like writing Willow and Tara and the scooby gang when they think about Willow and Tara. Another story???

*Owl* - Please don't cry and I really did not mind oxygen becoming an issue. Hope you like what's in your inbox!

*xita* - Hi, I really like happy endings too. And Willow and Tara really deserve one. So, you're very welcome!

*mollyig* - thank you.

Ok, folks here's the deal. Yes, there is a sequel of sorts in theworks. Actually, I have written the first Chapter. The complications are as follows

1 I am writing and updating quite frequently because I have had a really horrible case of insomnia. I hope it goes away. But if it does, then I won't have as much time to update.

2 I am going to London/Scotland for 2 and a half weeks from the 10th of April. I am visiting my sister and her family in London and then my husband and I will be driving up to Scotland for Golf, whiskey tours and amazing scenery.

3 If I start posting the story on the weekend, you will probably get 3 parts before I leave. I can probably finish a couple of other parts that Owl can post in my absence so there should be 5 to 6 parts posted until I come back.

So the question is do you want me to post it now???? I do hope to come back cured of insomnia so I won't be posting daily either.

Please help, I am in a quandary??? To post or not to post and that is the question!

Jomarch - as much as I love reading the results of your sleepless state, I hope the insomnia goes away soon.

To answer your question - considering that it's taken me TWO MONTHS to write 6 chapters of my little story, I say post away.

Hi BM

Postby jomarch » Wed Apr 03, 2002 7:36 am

But, I would wait two months to read your update :) .

So post, huh? Well, I do feel like it. I am afraid that if I don't, when I come back, I may not feel like it. Not have the impetus there or chicken out!

jomarch :)

Oh, Jomarch, you are sweet. sigh

I say strike while the iron's hot! If another story's there, start it. Besides, if you lose insparation, we can always turn the new thread into a panty fling...or write cheers.

The truth is I like where you take the characters - and want to read your insights into them. I could go on and on about, but I have to get ready for work. Grrr argh! I'm sure someone else will wax poetic for me about why you should write!

Loverly ending. I, too, like the happiness at the end.

I firmly believe that you should start posting because you rock and you know we'll totally start up a cheering section for you if you need encouragement. There may even be special ice cream and massages for you over in the Spoilerfree thread ;)

Jomarch, I think you know where I stand. If not, check your inbox. But, POST, POST, POST! We will keep the thread of your new, wonderful, ficcy goodness warm for you while you are away. As one of the main perpetrators of the shenanigans that took over Sassette's thread, I'm sure you can imagine what lengths we will go to to keep ourselves occupied (and make the author feel loved) when an author is away.

Oh please post. I need a Jomarch fix and I need it now!!! Oh and as for the panties, I don't care if mine aren't collector's items, they are mine just the same. *sticks tongue out at Pixie* Well, that was childish wasn't it? Please post!!!

Part 10 and whole fic

Postby daydreamer » Wed Apr 03, 2002 3:56 pm

It would do all of us well to remember this:

Quote:

All these extraordinary moments - some that start out with such good intentions and sometimes turn out so differently, so wrong. She would collect all of these moments and remember them. Those that ended well, she would cherish forever. Those that had turned out so dark, she would still keep and learn from. Each was so very important in its own way.

Okay, I just got out of my bed. It's early in the morning from my side of the world. So, Jomarch, forgive me if I fail to form coherent sentences to express my pure appreciation for this story.

I have to agree with the others: I'm glad you ended it the way you did. The whole story was very well-written and well-paced considering that it's your first fic. I'm really glad you finally decided to come out of hiding. You shouldn't hide that kind of gift. I have always wanted to write but words doesn't come easy to me. Now, before I bore you with the "me" stuff, let me congratulate you for the success that is this fic.

So, Jomarch, do post away. And I do hope you get cured from your insomnia. Good sleep is really hard to find nowadays.

Looking forward to your next fic.
