The tension of Clare's descent into the dungeon was described so well. Great twist that the jailer was someone Tasha had helped. I swear I got a bit teary-eyed when Nana died, she was definitely the best parent that Clare had.

mirage, i can't tell you how much i loved reading this fic--it's definitely one of my favorites!!! i'm very sad to see it end!!!

i loved that the jailer was someone brought back from the beginning of the tale, and i LOVED that the rotten smelly count got his just deserts. take that!!! woopa!!!!

i know you won't be writing anymore w/t fics for a while, but you left yourself wide open for a sequel.....any chance we could entice you?

Mirage, amazing finish! I hated to see this story end but am happy to see that it did end wonderfully! I loved the very last sentence to end this fic.

Before Willow could interrupt her Tara added “and yes they had a watchcow.”

I read this fanfic when I was 18, and still learning what it meant of me being a lesbian. Here I am, 10 years later, revisiting a momumental piece of the puzzle that helped me love myself, and to also love Willow and Tara more than I already did. I've re-read up until part two so far, but I wanted to take a break to thank you for everything, especially for this beautiful story that reminds me in many places of the tale in The Princess Bride -- one of my absolute favorite films. Again, thank you, and I look forward in re-reading this bewitching fairy tale! *hugs* <3
