Thanks for all the feedback Kittens!
Grimmy – Ahhh, to the sweetness. Yes, lots. I think that was certainly one of Willow’s motivations. The other is probably just a love of magic and making people happy. So she got to do a lot of good things at once with the magic trick.
I think that Tara is pretty drive and wants to use her gifts (or overuse them), much like the other Tara did repeatedly. Eliza slightly drunk? I’d say very drunk.
You are right about Willow and magic. I really considered that: would this Willow be willing to use magic for such a little thing or would she find it extraneous? But then I decided that if both of them could use magic for entertainment and then Willow could use hers to create stars for romance, what’s the hurt in using it to get Tara inside without waking her up and locking the door. Honestly, I don’t have a problem with it. I think the overuse thing also has to do with why you do the magic and how dangerous it might be: shifting everyone at the bronze into another dimension=dangerous. Getting Tara inside=not particularly.
I’m cracking up about you letting Tara sleep. Thanks.
Romy – I’m glad you liked it. You were so fast on reading and
posting this one.
Natti – Glad you liked the “first” kiss under the “stars.” Yep, seems that Willow is now accepted.
Arwen276 – Hey! Glad you liked the romantic and entertaining the kids. I like Eliza a lot whether she’s drunk or not. She’s a person who says what she thinks (like me) and I like that.
Mary – It’s not so much double updates as readers out of town. Ok, I won’t hassle you seeing as you’re having trouble finding a new office/computer situation.

It's like Chelle and Eliza not only show their worth through their beneficence; they also serve as buffers, or mitigators, in a way.
That’s a cool way to see them. I really love them as I’ve said before and I see them as serving another purpose which is probably related to what you pointed out: they are another pov for the flashbacks/stories of Tara’s life. Since all the information contained in the flashbacks is so important to Willow beginning to understand who this woman is and what she’s made of, they are another source of that information. Plus which: big love!
Yes, I love sacred spaces whether they are beautiful churches/temples or the beauty of nature. Of course I tend to believe in God even stronger when I look at the sky, mountains, or rivers than a building even if it contains wonderful artwork.

As much as I loved OMWF, let's face it: Willow's voice was the weakest of the bunch. At least, that was my perception. Any Aly herself was mortified when she learned of the episode, b/c she knew this wasn't her forte.
Yes I thought it was convenient that she didn’t get many lines since 1. She can’t sing but also 2. She needed not to go for the self-disclosure with her whole “erasing my girlfriend’s memory” and “moving toward baddness” thing. What mortifies me is that one day I was making fun of Aly and I asked Rachel, “I sing better than her right?” and she was like, “I love you baby but no.” Which is really sad because I love music but sing really terribly!
Thanks for everything.
Rage More – Hey!

and welcome. I just saw your sign in the first time the other day and am glad to see you commenting. Either way I hope you enjoy the stories on this board. There are some wonderful ones. Thanks for commenting.
Grace – I’m glad you liked the entertaining the kids and Tara being so tired. I tried to interject some humor with the undressing her thing and I’m glad that flew well. Update next week. I’ll be out of town this weekend.
DMW – Thanks for thinking sweet first date. I was thinking that flirting dinner was first date making this second but let’s not quibble. Great questions:
Quote:
What does Willow do when Tara's not around now that she's found her?
She’s doing coding to make some money and trying to establish herself as an entity in this dimension. Getting id, applying to college, etc.
Quote:
Why did Tara adopt the d'Angelo family when she had her own supportive family at home?
I don’t mean in any way that she has discarded her own family but this is another source of wonderful support for her in a very loving and geographically close way.
Quote:
What does Tara draw that's so dark? What are Faith and especially Jenny doing back at the Hellmouth? How good is Willow's manual dexterity anyway? (-;
In order: we’ll get there… Don’t know… and good enough to undress a beautiful woman with her eyes shut and not brush against any inappropriate parts…
Thanks for your great thoughts!
The Rose24 – Yes you are right. Those quotes say anything in an alternatingly beautiful and painful way. As Grimmy has pointed out, it is wonderful and painful at the same time that she has waited so long and patiently for Willow to return. But of course, she had no way of knowing that Willow would return so that is very sad.
numbered words -

welcome. I’m glad you’re enjoying the story and the date. Yep, seems that the other Tara tool longer to figure out that cure… You like the detail? Awesome. Seems everyone liked the eyes closed undressing…
jessan15 -         Wow I’m touched by your sleep-deprivation. First let me say that you spelled the words very well for not being able to see the keys (Willow-like dexterity perhaps?). Perfectly them is wonderful. I’m glad you loved it so well. I like the idea of moving sideways but you are right: it’s a falling in love again story.
russ – Ahhh, I’m blushing with your wonderful words. Yes, Austin changes street names and even numbers constantly. I agree that it’s to confuse out-of-towners. I understand your tangent and you don’t even want to get me started on the marriage situation (or lack thereof). What frustrates me is that getting married in Canada would be no more legally valid in America than getting married in the backyard or anywhere else. Arrrrgggghhhhh! Ok, you got me started. Let’s leave it there.
Yeah, the kids were greatly entertained and obviously have been before by Tara but now she has Willow too. I definitely think the D’Angelos and Michelle are “warming” to Willow. It’s working out nicely.
Tara’s fears about intimacy can be seen as being related to everything you point out and some other factors also. Factors that haven’t been explained yet…
But I’m glad you liked the perfection of the kiss. But I think that paragraph misled some people. Generally Tara doesn’t really think of herself that way but her mind was panicking as our minds sometimes do and it grabbed for the wrong rope. But in general I believe that she is an amazingly strong and confident woman. She accepts her accident and disability for what it is, not more than that.
Thanks for your wonderful thoughts.
barnabasvamp – Thanks so much. I’m glad you’re enjoying it.
Grimaldi – Yes, the magic show was fun for them to do and for me to write. And we’ve always know that is the perfect cure for willowbabble.
Helen – I can understand your trepidation but I’m glad you’re warming to it. There will be studying but perhaps some time for other activities too…
Morgan – I think this is the first time I’ve seen your sign on so welcome.

Yes, they are totally made for each other.
That’s as much as I have time for before work but I will respond to the rest either later today or Monday after I get back from out of town. Thanks to everyone who commented or is reading and enjoying.
