I'm English (well, Scots/ Irish, actually) of an age to have gone to school when subjects like grammar, spelling and punctuation were still considered important, and have written bits and pieces all my life. (Nothing for here, though - yet, anyway.) I can help with Britishness until it comes out of my ears. I've done beta-ing as well, and have discovered (the hard way) the difference between being of assistance, and trying to rewrite the story my way. More difficult than you might think.
Avid Buffy fan, up to the last 20 minutes of SR, anyway. Strongly believe in the validity of the Dead/Evil Lesbian Cliché, and the fact that certain producers/writers/creators lost the plot completely at the end of S6. S7 was just painful to watch, (there isn't a hell dimension deep enough for slayers whose names begin with K) and don't get me started on S8. It would have been so easy to get right, too...
Oh, and I only do happy endings. So this is definitely the right place to be, yes?!
