Trouble linking an avatar

Hi. I hate to raise the same problem again, but another user is having trouble with the Badge avatar - the user is caz and the avatar is http://alia.customer.netspace.net.au/agent26.jpg
I can't figure out what the problem is - I've tried loading it to my own profile, and get the 'must be smaller than 100x100' message. I've tried loading other badges, that are being used already, and get the same message. I'm confused, any assistance would be much appreciated

All the badges are done from the same Photoshop file, so in size and composition terms they should be identical - how did you other guys get yours to work? A new Bunny needs your help

Rhapsodist is having problems with her avatar. It is currently 100 X 75 but when she tries to post she's getting a message saying it's too large.

I was trying to upload a new avatar. Still having problems uploading it. Also, the avatar function on the board doesn't want to upload from my machine. When uploading from the link, this message popped up with a note to contact the admin folk:

I've fixed it manually but there looks to be a problem in this. I upgrade to the most recent version of phpbb last night and now this, it's probably related. I am looking into it.
