New WillowTara Centric Chat

We're starting a new chat room in addition to our existing chat room.

This chatroom will be moderated and it's geared specifically for conversations that stick to the Kitten FAQ, specifically to discuss all things Willow/Tara. We hope you come by and join in the fun. Our chat moderators are WillowFish and Laragh.

Here are the guidelines as they stand (I reserve the right to edit ):

1. All topics banned from The Kitten Board forums FAQ are likewise banned from chat
2. User names cannot contain references to topics or characters banned from the forums
3. Do not engage in name calling or any other condescending, insulting or bullying behavior
4. Be respectful of other Kittens at all times
5. No mature topics when minors are present
6. No sexually charged role playing
7. Report all violations to the moderators

We will continue to have our old chat room for general chat which will now be called General Chat.

The layout is different to anyone who's used to the general chat, so to help people out -

When you first go in, you'll be given some random name like 'SchnookieMush' or something equally ridiculous. If you click on your name, a screen like this will pop up:



You can change your name and your picture to one of the icons they have, or your own picture uploaded onto photobucket, then press 'OK' to get back to the chat box. You can also pick and choose whether you want the chat to remember you and sign you in automatically or whether you want swear words to be censored or not (the default option for both of these is yes)

You can also register on the site, but you don't need to if you want to come in and chat.

So please come in and talk to us!

We won't bite (unless you like that sort of thing )

One more thing, I saw there was some confusion over chat showing people online who weren't.

If the icon next to a name is red, that person is offline. Green means online, silver means moderator and gold means owner.

Also, if anyone has any opinions on the background, let us know, we've been told the pink is a bit of an eye-sore, but we can change it if needs be
