I hear ya. Ever since I saw ED in "FH&T" I thought "I have to have that!".
Oh wait. That's not the Faith you mean.

"I wish you would stop licking me and untie me!"
Quote 1:
SPIKE: "Um, right, when you're done being a wanker, we *are* trying to help you."
Directed at Richard who freaks out after spending a bit too much time locked in the house with a crazy demon and the freaky Scooby Gang.
Quote 2:
BUFFY: "Man, now I gotta go smelt another axe, do you know how long that takes?"
In a battle with a sword-wielding disappearing demon.
Quote 3:
TARA: "I don't know. He seemed cute. Was he cute? I mean, I'm not a great judge, but I think he seemed cute."
Taking the prime opportunity to tease a jealous Spike about Richard.
Quote 4:
ANYA: I think she's possessed.
In reference to Dawn. Followed promptly by the explanation that Dawn's just a teenager.
Quote 5:
XANDER: We'll come up with a plan, we'll do something, we won't feel so helpless, all right? We'll do something.
An attempt to calm the frazzled nerves of his fiance.
And the BONUS:
ANYA: "That was sarcasm, by the way."
After making a comment that not doing anything is the best way to escape from the house
Tara, isn't she the cutest thing ever
And Anya - at least she gets a decent funny line this episode. I wonder if Marti et al have decided what to do with her yet, instead of having her hanging around like a bad smell. I wish they'd use Emma more...
Anyway anyway anyway...I'm all excited!

Sweetie...I'm a fag.
And Buffy was on her own for almost a year. And she coped very well without a romantic interest.
I thought Spike was funny in season two, and certainly more complex than Angelus, but he's much more complicated and conflicted now than he was in season 2.

Yes indeed. I'm still waiting for her to actually say the words lesbian or gay, since she's never said it and for a while it seemed as though Willow could say nothing else--but this'll do.

Agreed. But then, Tara's so sure of herself that she doesn't need to keep saying it. That in itself sends a shiver down my spine. Whereas Willow, bless her, was all excited by being gay.
I miss those days.
Sigh.

I was so looking forward to that line actually making it to air, but like I said when I hinted at it before, the wording just screamed, "Censors, stop me!" Figures they would take that line out and leave just about everything else. Pffft.

"Older and Far Away" is a beautiful Anya episode as far as I'm concerned. All of the characters seem to get to shine in one way or another for the ep. Anya and Tara especially, IMO. Both get some great lines and I think it's pretty much inevitable for the characters to be emotionally stunning this time around.

Well now that made me happy. I may celebrate by using willpower and not actually reading the wildfeed. We'll see how long that lasts...

Hee hee...she sure was, wasn't she? God, I love that girl.
And oooooooh, I can't wait for Tara shininess!

Heh. Well, as long as I'm panting heavily, might as well go over to Pens and read about jam some more.

Shiver me timberless.
She'll get out of the Doublemeat Palace sooner or later. Possibly by the end of the season.

Remember the Kitten Board Mantra: "Joss is nuts about Tara, Willow/Tara and Amber!"
(...and Marti's rather fond of them, too...)

You think she'll have to burn it down/destroy it (the DMP), like she has every other bridge in her life? The Hemery High Gym (in JW's original), Sunnydale High School, and Glory's Tower all have been metaphors for Buffy moving on in her life.
I put in my vote for: Burn the Double Meat Palace!
Herc's reposts been reposted in the ep 14 spoiler thread.
By the sounds of it, it seems to almost come off as a Tara/ Willow episode!

I know what you mean. It's clear that Buffy's not the happiest little bunny working at the DMP, but I really like her resolve. I loved that little bit at the beginning of Dead Things when she was trying out a new little cheery slogan. She honestly seems to be giving it her all. And you have to admire her for that.

Wanda replies: Sure. And then I will stick my nice, clean head on a nice, clean chopping block. .... Okay, I'll meet you halfway: They'll have one foot in the grave, one big ol' broken heart.
jcd1980 asks: Wanda, I'm tired of your obscure innuendos. Now, give us a nice clean clue as to the death on Buffy.
oh more..

Wanda replies: Hmmm.... that magical interpretation certainly is interesting....
rw_andrew asks: About the Buffy death... by charm, do you mean a reference to magic?? It's not Willow....is it?--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now for the math. Steve Denight said his next episode (19) was to start shooting on Feb 22nd. Knowing that each episode takes 8 days to shoot in 1st unit that means that today should have been the last day of shooting for episode 17. So, if Amber was on the set on location that's a pretty strong indication that she is in episode 17.
Math off.
Episode 18 should start shooting tomorrow if they are on schedule.

If the Doctor is Doc... I really dont thin Spike would help him in anyway... especially as he was the reason Buffy died...
Now, dont get me wrong.. I love Joel Gray, esp since Remo Williams, but Joss help us if he is the one...
For I am Dark Sheep Mysterioso. May all lesser sheep bow before me. And on a personal note, you will very much like the way this episode ends
