A fascinating interview indeed.
My own favorite feature of the new set is Joss's commentaries for WTTH and TH. As a devoted Aly fan, I couldn't help but be pleased by his reference to her as "the luminous Miss Hannigan". Also interesting was his statement that "we realized immediately what a huge star we had in Sarah".
Of special interest was the fact that they had to add so much footage to "The Harvest", and that much of this footage was of Charisma Carpenter at the Bronze ("to give us a better introduction to Cordelia") and of DB at the end (his "I'll be damned. She did it." was added footage!). And also that Sarah had to re-shoot her dialogues with Giles at the library after the discovery of the dead student, because both she and Joss felt that her original responses were "too angry" .I also very much enjoyed listening to the French versions of the shows, some of which are wackily different from the originals

Buffy: You are sitting down.
Willow: Oh. Good for me.
