*salutes the crew*I am overwhelmed by the response from you all. Writing is my passion, it always has been. The importance of being encouraged can not be measured. You all have been, to say the very least, extremely encouraging. I thank you for that.
I know it wasn't always an easy story to read and as RJ noted once, it wasn't always easy to write, but - as someone much wiser than I once said - the course of true love is never smooth. I do believe that Willow and Tara belong together above all else. And that will always stand fast, no matter what piece I write. Thank you again everyone for sticking with this piece.
I know that some of you have asked about a website for my writing. That request takes me by surprise but I will try and get that done. In the meantime, my friend and beta reader Kieli has allowed me some space on her site.

As for the next piece, yes I am working on it. I want to write something light and sweet. However I am discovering this is much harder then it sounds. Some twisted, Jossian part of me always wants things to get complicated and convulted. And geez, I think we all deserve a break from that for a bit.
As for "Awake," I have to admit I don't know the status of that one. Without discussing spoilers, I can say that this season has really strained the hope and faith I once used to have in Buffy without thinking about it. "Awake" will be quite a ride some day. But for now, I want to focus on what I love about Willow and Tara. I need a little haven for a bit. And hopefully aboard the next mission of the S.S. Scullyboat, you all will find one as well. That is my goal.
WiccansIllusion, The Big I-T,Tiggrscorpio, Puff, Sheila, airam (Welcome Aboard Airam!), Willowfan, capricornmist
Willove, Quill, CK - Thank you so much for sticking with this story and for all your kind words. This has been so much fun.
Pixie - *catches the panties and puts them in a place on honor in the the Captain's quarters* Thank you Pixie. I do try and weave a little poetic nuance in my writing. I think at times it comes off as wordy, but what I try to do is find hope, even in dark places. To have my words called moving in an unbelieveable compliment.
Owl - The English language tries to ram me, but usually my beta readers help me hog-tie that sucker. I wasn't sure the sexy part would come off the way I wanted it too.
I am breathing a huge sigh of relief that it worked out okay.
MadeinNZ - I watch Buffy for W/T but I do love the whole gang. For me the theme of 'Family' places an important role in Buffy.
BytrSuite - I thought the biggest test and biggest fear of all Tara had gone through in the story would be when Willow backslid. It does happen. I think it was important for her own growth that she be able to not
only see this but be able to forgive it.
daydreamer - Sorry the story made you cry. Were they good tears? I hope so.
wizpup - Thanks for delurking. No apologies necessary, just glad to know that you are out there. Welcome aboard the S.S. Scullyboat.
Blue77 - I am a complete scroundrel, I admit it. (R.J, isn't that so?) Unfortunately LOTK
is done. But...I am working on more fic.
JennY - I feel a bit sad too, but another trip to W/T land is just around the bend. I am honored that this piece is your favorite fan fic, though with the talent around the kitten, you will likely find quite a few
favorites. Hope mine stays in the top ten.
Bag O'Bones - I think on some level we all have a little girl inside us that echos some of the pains of youth. Hope the ending made
up for the angst.
My loyal crew and friends, you have my permission to stay aboard as long as you like. Quill, I am afraid that we took a vote and have decided your massaging skills are crucial, so you can't leave. (Some wanted us to chain you to the deck, and those of you that put this in the suggestion box KNOW who you are) On up side, I am assigning Owl to be your official comfort insurer.
(Can I delegate or what?)
We also need a 'Goodies' Matron. Any volunteers? Ah, CK....Thanks!
Jomarch, push the auto pilot button, will you? 'Hands you the First Mate Sombrero,' Also, can you make sure that the Spa is working properly? I heard something about a shark fin...
