FF: Unexpected Consequences

I realizd my life is paralelling willow and Buffy's addictions(a nod to the many posts on this subject LOL). I am addicted to Lisa's FF and I am now going through fiction withdrawl. I am muttering Diana's name and swearing at an invisible Rack and Amy. It's awful. I need a Fiction fix.

The only cure is a completed story.

Hey everyone,
just wanted to let you know I am still thinking of you.
It's a little after 1:15am here, and I just finished a presentation I have to give tomorrow for class. After I present it tomorrow, I'll be coming home and spending time on the story. I haven't forgotten y'all. Though I will admit, on Thursday, I took a nap between classes and didn't write like I usually do. I got some funny looks, but hey, I take sleep when and where I can!
I'm half finished with the next chapter. I will hurry.
Thanks for all the comments, feedback, and all minions will gladly be accepted! I just hope you all have shorter ears than Glory's minion and better skin!
BTW, don't be too hard on Diana, she means well.

I am still way behind on replies. Please know that is the next thing on my list after I write a paper tonight. See, I was bad this weekend and finished the next chapter instead of writing a 7 page paper that's due tomorrow.
I will post the chapter ...without the edits ... so y'all can have the next bit of W&T goodness. Just to let you know, there may be huge errors. It took me three tries to get this chapter to my editor... 3 times... the first time...with NO chapter attached... the 2nd time with JUST the disclaimer... and then the 3rd with the chapter. I'll edit the on-line version when I get it back from her. (Lea, you goddess, you!)
I will now lay down for luxurious 20 minute nap and then write that pesky paper. If I am alive after that...I will get to replies!

Great chapter, of course. But you must really hate Amy. Anya was perfectly Anya, loved her little "offering" to Tara and Xander's reply to it.

Though I propose that you change the name to "Just when you think it can't get any worse...", but that really does not have the same ring to it.

I was thinking just the other day how great this would be if some one could illustrate it. Me, I can't draw convincing stick people, but you describe things so well here. I could *see* Tara walking out of the wreckage of Rack's place. And then lioness Tara chomping on Caedo's head. Great stuff.

BTW. Did anyone watch "Enterprise" last week? Got to see "Rack" (the actor anyway) get shot with a Vulcan phaser. My first thought when I saw it, "that didn't look anything like Tara!"

Every time I think you've hit the pinnicle of greatness - you deliver more. Anya offering Xander up was priceless - but you could just see it happening!! You've really got the character of each character down pat!
I think I'd like to see Tara take the mantle - think of the possibilities between an Imbolc and the Slayer saving Sunnydale. If anywhere needs that combination - the Hellmouth is certainly it!
