It's EZ Board Updated Wednesday, MKF! 10/23/02

Yep, EZ Board finally updated. It's why some of your signatures aren't working anymore. If you have a paid account, you can still use html in your sig. If you're a free user you need to update it and put in ez codes.

Plenty of info on it here.

And here is the list of ez codes you can use. They even added some new ones.

This would be such an excellent time to become an ezSupporter, too, if you haven't already.

That'll let you customize your profile, like so.

It'll let you be all mysteriously anonymous at any ezboard. Not that you'd need it or anything. I certainly don't.

Also, ezSupporter's hits are subtracted from the board's total, so it makes the board cost less.

Being an ezSupporter only costs $12 a year or $7 for 6 months. It's a good thing, if you can do it.

We didn't have a question yesterday, and we don't have one today either. So sad. I for one like that particular 'Hot Doofus' type feature of the daily thread. I'd toss one out, but I find myself devoid of querisome goodness this morning. Anyone else have any ideas?

I too have just recently registered as a supporter. (ok, so I just put it in the mail 10 minutes ago. Its still recently) I'm sorry to admit that I've had to mail my payment in due to the fact that my cc is completely maxed out. After all is said and done and of course processed, I will be a supporter. Anything to help the Kittens out.

Julia, I was a little sad because there was no question, but all I could come up with was "what would W/T screen names be if they were to post on the board?" Lame, I know but thats what happens when you are off from work and don't really have to think about anything. Thinking hurts sometimes.

Oh dear lord...I need sleep...peaceful slumbering dreams of naked women dancing through my bedroom. And what do I get? Bloody friggin' banging and clattering first thing in the morning. I swear, the guy using the stonecutter needs to take a break. And whatever they were loading onto the truck was metallic and bonging all over the bloody show. Don't get me wrong; I adore my new place, it's very spiffy. But first time outa the box you'd think I could have a quiet early morning.

Ruth I can sympathize. It is my day off and my neighbor left at 5 this morning and she had to make sure to slam her door and the door in the hallway. She must have had a hard time finding something to wear because I heard her slamming her closet door about 5 times. Oh well, Saturday will be here soon enough and paybacks are a bitch cause I'm working then. Also, they came to empty the dumpster in the parking lot at 4 this morning. I really need to find a new place.

I hate EZCodes. Learned HTML in the first place so I wouldn't have to deal with bloody EZCodes. Plus we can't do the cool glowy text stuff in our sigs anymore. sniff.

I guess if I actually shelled out some money and became an EZSupporter, I wouldn't have to worry about this stuff, huh? (hey, I gotta have something to bitch about. Leave me alone.)

On a lighter note, (and also cause I don't know where else to write about this!) I just bought about a million boxes of purple Christmas lights. Decorated my bedroom with them yesterday, and now it's all pretty and glowy. Just like Tara's old dorm room! Except hers was infinitely cooler, what with the black walls and the white lights, and it was like a mystical meditative place. My room has white walls and purple lights (that are actually much closer to pink when lit up), and it sort of resembles a photographic darkroom. The pink hurts your eyes after a while. Oh well, it's the effort that counts, right?

It's a tricky thing, this first time outta the box stuff. It's hard to know if everything's in working order unless you try it out thoroughly and often. Put it through the paces, so to speak. Have you completely inspected your new place? Every nook and cranny? Top to bottom? Looked into all the dark recesses to make sure it's safe? Opened and unwrapped everything to see if it meets with your satisfaction?
