Just read some news over at Yahoo that Angelina Jolie has been signed to play a werewolf in a motion picture titled Bitten. Some of the folks involved were also part of the team that created the film Interview With A Vampire.

Thought folks might like to know...(and I couldn't figure out where else to post it!)

J uk that gif is so damn funny and strangely hypnotic :D

Has anyone seen Taboo yet? (I have lost the thread) I saw the movie in blockbuster the other day and considered renting it, but then they didn't have any actual copies in so I got Gosford Park instead. Took me 15 mins to get used to the accents...that wouldn't be so sad if I wasn't english :D

Angie as a werewolf? She's got more screws loose than Bjork. I'd be afraid she'd become one with her costume and go on a rampage.:lol

BTW I am kidding. I love Jolie almost as much as I love Bjork.
Bring on the bouncy, pouty, werewolfy goodness:grin .

Favorite snack....that's easy....Godiva Chocolate Cheescake Ice Cream. It's divine. But I have great news.....I got the house that I made an offer on. It was kinda touch and go for a few hours.....but we finally came to an agreement. So....if there are any single ladies that would like to get with someone who will be completely broke for the next 30 years...email me. :)

I like to eat David original sunflower seeds.

Congrats on the house [b:d43f7b8eec] WbBuffyfan00[/b:d43f7b8eec]!

Edited to add: I also like boiled peanuts, I guess that makes me a "typical" Southerner too. Maybe I'll go down the road to the old man in overalls with no teeth to get some tomorrow.:)

used to be spicy nacho doritos and 4 the dip philly soft cream cheese. This combo is so good but I had to give it up because it made me feel too heavy and guilty (for how good it tasted)...other snacks..cereal: oatmeat crisp with almonds, fruity pebbles, cocoa pebbles, capn crunch. When I'm watching a movie, strawberry sour straws and/or hershey bar with almonds, symphony bar with toffee and almonds. Currently I'm having a root beer float craze with Barq's rootbear and rite aid vanilla ice cream..

The past 4 days in my house it's been like one very long slumber party & many snack foods were enjoyed. :)

On monday afternoon some workmen in Sunderland were digging on a building site, as workmen usually do and they unearthed an unexploded WWII bomb. So the police and army started to evacuate everyone who lived in Hendon, which is the area they found the bomb.

Now I live on the other side of Sunderland completely however I have a number of friends who live round the corner from where they found it. Hence the 4 day slumber party. Eventually on Thursday they transported the bomb to the beach at Hendon and set it off, leaving one very large whole in the sand.

During this time we managed to consume large amounts of microwave popcorn, numerous tubes of pringles, aero's, smarties, chocolate hobnobs, indian takeaway, Chinese takeway, pizza, tubs of Mars ice cream and 48 cans of Korenburg 1664.

Is it any wonder I'm ill this weekend.

I am down with Funyons, they are tasty! I am more of a cheetos woman myself, love those cheetos.

and tullip, I am just like you I love all those chewy snacks, gummy bears, jelly beans, etc.

I love jelly bellies. I love getting a whole big box with like 50 flavours and chewing each one individually so I can say, gosh this really does taste like pop corn!

Hmm. I'm boring. I like Peanut M&Ms. If I'm at a movie, I like to mix them with popcorn. I'm down with that salty/sweet mix.

I don't normally crave chips, but my girlfriend has gotten me addicted to those damn lime twinged Tostitos.

I also love mint chocolate chip ice cream topped with chocolate syrup, a crumbled sugar cone and LOTS of whipped cream. Lots of fun to be had there.

Oh, and my girlfriend brought home sour cream donuts, cider and carmel apples today. Bless her. Fall treats rule!! :)

Today...today is a good day, so far. I could get used to this irrational optimism thing I've had going lately. It perplexes me, but I think I like it.

Speaking of things I like, I like this, but I'm pretty sure I'm about the only person who thinks it's funny. (That Link Guaranteed Safe To Click.)

Did I mention that Holley enjoys licking Funyon bags clean?
[/quote:e63d935759]

Go ahead, [b:e63d935759] Sally[/b:e63d935759], tell all the world my deepest, darkest secrets. :shy Actually, my favorite part is that bit you find sometimes, down in the bottom, that, like, nugget of pure Funyun essence. You know what I'm talking about?

I've been laughing about this for a couple years now. (Fear not that link, 'tis [i:e63d935759] pure[/i:e63d935759] humor and 100% squidless-squid-roll free.)

[quote:e63d935759][b:e63d935759][i:e63d935759]Quote:[/i:e63d935759][/b:e63d935759]

[/quote:e63d935759]

Oh, [b:e63d935759] Kasey[/b:e63d935759], I'm so lucky. There's a peanut company here in town that's been selling raw and roasted peanuts forever and ever. (I think they have a contract with the Dallas Cowboys for roasted peanuts.) Anyway, they recently caved in to the pressure and started [i:e63d935759] boiling[/i:e63d935759] peanuts, too. Now, I'm persnickety about my boiled peanuts and have long believed the absolute best will [i:e63d935759] always[/i:e63d935759] come from the Toothless Overalls Man (TM), preferably out of the back of his truck by the side of the road. But these...these...[i:e63d935759] these[/i:e63d935759] are the second best boiled peanuts I've [i:e63d935759] ever[/i:e63d935759] had. I really think they've got a team of Toothless Overalls Men inside. They'd [i:e63d935759] have[/i:e63d935759] to.

I think this board is obsessed with boiled peanuts. :rolleyes

Happy day, folks.

This may not sound like much but I was just so excited about it. I love Entenmanns chocolate donuts. They make little ones called Popettes. I love them so much. Don't get me wrong, I love the regular size ones but the Popettes I am just nuts about. Well, for the last year or so whenever I go to the supermarket, I always check the Entenmanns stand looking for the chocolate popettes only to be completely disappointed when I don't find them. They always have the powdered sugar ones but never the chocolate. I have even gone into the Entenmanns outlet store near my house to come out empty handed. I've had all of my friends on the lookout for the chocolate popettes and they have brought me chocolate Popems (donut holes) again I say, just not the same. Well this morning I went to the little convience store down the street for my smokes and newspaper and sitting right across from the register was truely a sight to see. A whole display of Entenmanns with many boxes of chocolate popettes. And the best part was they were on sale 2 boxes for 5 bucks. I bought 4 boxes as I only had 20 bucks on me. So I am now in my glory with my Dunkin Donuts coffee and my Entenmanns chocolate popettes. Life doesn't get much better then this. :bounce

Ok, my life seems pretty sad that I am so excited over a stupid box of donuts. And I just realized that I could put this post in the weekend thread of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I know, I know, I am truely pathetic. But its the little things that make me happy.

Now if my Baby would just come back from her trip 5 days early, I'd be in heaven.

Love to All,
Barb
