Interesting thread...I dont get sick that often, where is that wood when you need to knock on it

..I do get the occasional cold for which i usually just ride it out, but garlic is good for the stuffy nose..Chicken soup and sleep, if you can..
Dont get the monthly thing anymore, but the menopausal thing sucks..The mood swings, hot flashes and nite sweats are the worst, not to mention the not sleeping...Primrose seems to help with those..
Headaches, theres nuttin like a Goodies..Thats what cures mine..I even take Goodies for my arithiritis and knee pain..Now if i had some vicodin, itd be all better
For a gnarly stomach, due to hangover, flu or whatever, ginger is wonderful..It really does the trick, even better than pepto..
When im down or in a bad mood, there is nothing like a good friend to make ya laugh or smile and forget about why youre in a bad/bummed mood to begin with..Laughter is the best medicine
