That really sucks---hang in there.

I was reading the paper the other day, and came across something just about as bad.

"Ex-Mich. priest faces 2 charges"

www.detnews.com/2002/reli...588278.htm

I don't want to harp on such an unpleasant subject, but when I read the following, the [i:c8ee1ff9cc] modus rationalis[/i:c8ee1ff9cc] sounded distressingly familiar.

In a recent interview with The Detroit News, Burkholder, who is believed to be 82, acknowledged having sexual relationships with up to two dozen boys as young as 11.

"We just got carried away," Burkholder said of the 13-year-old boy in the 1986 case. "He might have been lonely. And priests are lonely persons, too. We need friendships and kids love priests. I weakened. I was looking for affection."

"[b:c8ee1ff9cc] We[/b:c8ee1ff9cc] got carried away. [b:c8ee1ff9cc] He[/b:c8ee1ff9cc] might have been lonely . . . [b:c8ee1ff9cc] kids love priests[/b:c8ee1ff9cc]. I [b:c8ee1ff9cc] [i:c8ee1ff9cc] weakened[/i:c8ee1ff9cc][/b:c8ee1ff9cc]."

Yeah, and Father Boyf*cker was just giving the kid what he [i:c8ee1ff9cc] NEEDED[/i:c8ee1ff9cc] not what he [i:c8ee1ff9cc] WANTED[/i:c8ee1ff9cc]! [i:c8ee1ff9cc] No one[/i:c8ee1ff9cc] loved those boys more than Father. The idea that he [i:c8ee1ff9cc] COULDN'T[/i:c8ee1ff9cc] screw boys just because they were 11, or 13, years-old was as offensive as saying he [i:c8ee1ff9cc] DID[/i:c8ee1ff9cc] screw them because they were 11! :rage

Boyf*cker's lawyer is claiming he suffers from dementia. That must be it---how else would you explain a forthright pedophile? :barf

GG [i:c8ee1ff9cc] Joss-logic: the Game any criminal can play![/i:c8ee1ff9cc] :mad Out

my Physics professor mentioned the words "Friction Coefficient" some time during our class and i kind of snorted and my friend who was sitting right beside me gave me a quizzical look. of course i can't explain it. i don't really want to give him the details of Wiccie's 'Fun With Friction Series' :blush
