Well, it will be on the season 6 DVD/videos when they are released (in Europe they're up to season 5, in America 2 or 3 I believe).
I doubt that they'll put out a DVD/video for just one episode.

two things have been bugging me all day.

1) What does Tara study at university?

2) After Tara gets brain sucked, in season 5, and Willow goes and zaps Glory, does she do it by turning her inner wrists towards Glory and shooting the magic from there, kind of Spiderman-like, or is that just my wishful thinking?

Any help you can offer would ease my troubled brain. Cheers.

2) Y'know I thought that the first time I saw it too. She does face her wrists toward the ceiling as Spidey would however the blast itself seems to come from the centre of her palm, her fingers are splayed open.

After having my hard drive erased, I'm downloading the software programs I used to have. Winzip is giving me problems & I need the stupid thing to work so I can get Rally's videos again. Has winzip changed in the last year (since my hard drive was last erased)? Now it has a $30 version & an evaluation version--which isn't working for me. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I like totally missed The Body when it aired, but I've been reading scripts from it so I know what's goin on. like, they reaired it just last weekend on upn and on friday on fx, and they cut out part of the w/t action. the whole amazon part, it was just gone. were the edited parts just for the original air?

you can try other products, like stuffit expander to unzip files. Or try winzip on kazaa lite, wait did I say that?

I tried using Stuffit (which seemed to download & install OK) & got this: couldn't be opened because the application that created it couldn't be found. I'll check out kazaa, thanks.

Hmm if that's happening I think you might need to redownload that file. Did you try unzipping other files?

xita--I tried Stuffit on several videos--same thing. Winzip I couldn't get to actually install.

OK, I downloaded ultimate zip, but I can't install it because the application program that created it cannot be found. That's the same thing I got w/ the other zip. I suppose it's something simple, but it's beyond me.

Well, I was right--it was simple. I removed the underlined part of the name of the zipped file "virginstate_wmv.zip" & then Stuffit unzipped it (refused to before) & I could play it. Yay!! The winzip programs still don't work, but if everything likes Stuffit, I should be OK. Thanks for helping. Oh, & I have Mac OS9 & get the error trying to install winzip & got it trying to unzip w/ Stuffit until my latest brainstorm.

While I'm here, anyone know a good anti-virus program that works on an iBook laptop? A virus may be what crashed my laptop & I've never been able to tell if Norton &/or MacAfee would work on it. Last time I looked (a while ago) the requirements of one that looked Apple friendly didn't seem to go w/ a laptop.

About antiviruses, I use McAfee and it's been great for the past years. Dunno if it's compatible with macs or whatever thou, sorry :S

When an episode goes into syndication, a few minutes are always cut so that the network can sell more ad time. They try to cut parts that don't detract from telling the overall story, but on a show like BtVS, where so many of the great lines are asides, or where a lot of emotion & comedy come through nonverbal moments, it's easy to lose some of the best parts.

I think most kittens would agree that "The Body" in syndication is a complete hack job, even more slapped-together than most of the cut episodes.

Guess we in the US will just have to wait for the S5 DVD set.

And the weird thing is the edited parts change over time. When FX first aired "The Body," they left the Amazon line in. But when I watched it not too long ago, the Amazon line had been cut. It made me wonder if they aren't cutting even more now that the shows have aired several times. Or they're moving the edits around. Either way, it sucks if you're trying to get complete eps on tape.

The cuts in The Gift really annoy me because they cut Aly's lines 3 times. I have the original on tape, so this is an easy one for me to notice. But I only have 8 eps from S5 on tape, so I watch em all on FX when they come up. So glad I don't have to do that w/ S1, 2, & (soon 3) 'cause they're on DVD & I have S6 on tape. I have some eps from S 3-4 on tape too & many are the cut ones--the cut of Spike's line about Willow not being OK in Something Blue still bugs me.

Edited to ask a (duh) question: Anyone know why all of a sudden one website will take 10 minutes to load & it's so slow opening a thread that I have to reboot & escape? All other sites I visit are OK & no one else is complaining about this on the alternate site (since I don't have the patience to ask in the regular one).
