Just asking (and a bit curious) but who else laughed out loud when Paris screamed "I did not have sexual relations with that woman!" in her sleep? Hee Hee.

Me ;) Totally cracked up at that line.

This was a great premiere night. I watched the Gilmore Girls and never once considered turning the station to check on Buffy. I did decide to tape it. I may watch it Friday at 8. Over the summer, I have fallen head over heels for Lorelai. And my god, can Paris start a thought and ramble, quite pointedly for a long time. It kinda reminds of Willowbabble. I missed Lane. I enjoyed from start to finish and I felt Lorelai's heartache and next week looks worse, but I know things will get better and that the payoff will be worth it. Am I the only Lorelai/Luke shipper? That is my new darkhorse romance. And yes I LMAO at the "I did not have sexual relations with that woman!" line. Perhaps the GG writers were paying a little attention to the kitten this summer.

On another note, did anyone catch Presdio Med. I am hooked. Anything that opens with a partially naked Dana Delany, transitions to a fight, and switches to a newborn in perail will catch my attention. If you love ER, you'll love this. A new episode airs tommorrow in its regular time slot. This is, so far, the new show that I will be talking up. Moment-to-moment action. Great characters and in my opinion, great writing.

**Edited to add: this actually should be in the "Gilmore Girls and other TV alternatives" thread. I will copy this over there instead of trying to figure out how to move it, so if the mods want to delete this post from this thread, that's OK by me. Sorry.

Oh Gilmore Girls was wonderful, and I too cracked up over Paris talking in her sleep. Gilmore Girls is so refreshing, and at least here I know I won't be depressed (what a wonderful concept a show that knows how to entertain). As for Lorelai I am kinda torn, I like the chemistry she has with Luke, but I also like Christopher. Although, with his girlfriend pregnant, and next weeks coming attractions I guess their future doesn't look to good. As for Rory I like her with Jess, Dean is just too boring, but after that fisaco of Rory seeing him kissing that girl, I am curious how this triangle is going to play throughout the season.

"i did not have sexual relations with that woman!"

paris is so amusing. mmm, gilmore girls. set in a small, insane town in Connecticut...which is familiar for me...heh. "is this whole town an outpatient mental institution?"
