Well it's christmas. Merry Xmas, Yule, Kwanzza, Ramadan, Hannuka and any other holidays that I've forgotten to all the various kittens who celebrate and what not. In honor of the holiday, I have a very small short story of what Willow and Tara would do on an early X-Mas morning such as this one. Feel free to post your own stories, or thoughts and good wishes this morning.

It was snowing. It didn't happen often in Sunnydale, but when it did it always seemed amazing. One Tara Maclay sat by the window and watched the drifting snow, reflecting on all that had happened that year. It'd been amazing really, between Buffy's death and everything else, that her and Willow were still together. But they always would be wouldn't they. It brought a smile to her face as the blonde turned her gaze away from the snow to her sleeping lover. She loved watching Willow sleep. More then that though, Tara loved sleeping with Willow. And not in the non-sleeping sort of way, but in the actual sleeping way. Which was where she was headed back to after a brief moment of giving thanks for all she had.
Tara's arms slid gently around her red-headed lover, who seemed to relax a bit more knowing the blonde was back in bed. This was how every Christmas morning should be, mused Tara as she drifted back to sleep, content in Willow's arms.
(Well, morning for me, evening for him) I hope he has/had a good Christmas. It's his first away from home.
). No such enthusiasm-deflating message was to be seen. I still have to go over the contract in the morning, but I'm feeling very hopeful.
