Nope, you have to live in the UK to be able to enter the contest.

Those of us who lives just an hours flight away thinks this sucks ;)

Would it help if you used a English postal address, if so you could always use mine, or would that be too dishonest?

Let me know,

cheers

Jimmi, if I should happen to win a pair of tickets (and I never win anything) then the other ticket has you name on :)

If you want it

Its Ok. I believe, that when Amber work with Chris for BBC (its like Mercenariec :) ), she return to UK next year and I hope that UK Kittens help me get to UK.

I'm in deep envy of the UK Kittens... :) As a fan of both Amber, JM and Andy Hallett, I'm dying to see this film. Anybody heard anything about VHS release?

Thanks Paul :)

I can imagine that the two of us walking around in a city , actually finding what we're looking for would be something of a first ;)

HIP, we wont know until the 12th, but I have all my fingers, and toes crossed.

I have also prayed to the goddess down in the oak copse, and have invoked as many celtic dieties that I could think of, just to see if they would put a good word in for me. :)

I even went as far as emailing Little Willow, but as far as I :hmm can ascertain, the venue is being kept secret, presumably because hordes of ticketless Kittens would descend on the place, and Amber being, well Amber, she would probably want everyone to have a see.:love

If I win [please!], iw ill be hoping to see lots of other UK Kittens there. If I don't well, I echo HIP's words...c'mon out with it, statements, descriptions, tell us, we are waiting.:hmm

Oh, dammit

Postby tyche » Thu Dec 12, 2002 2:31 pm

I didn't win. But I'm just as annoyed about the fact that I didn't know that Amber was going to be on breakfast TV. You'd think the BBC would've mentioned it on their site.

btw, for anyone who is going, if you get the opportunity, could you ask the question I wanted to ask Amber? I was going to ask if she had any role models, especially among other women film writers/directors. (I also wanted to tell her that she's an amazing role model for many young women herself, but I think she knows that already.)

Ack, she was on Breakfast TV? It doesn't happen often I get the chance to watch a show she is on when the US kittens can´t (yeah, I am selfish and not ashamed to admit it :p ), but I missed it so there is nothing to gloat about. :happy

Congrats to the Kittens who get to see Chance, I'm a wee bit miffed that the movie is as close to me as it will probably get for a long time (London is only an Easy Jet away from me, flying to London takes about as much time as getting to Amsterdam by train from where I live) and I won't be able to watch it. Bleh. Well I hope to enjoy it vicariously through other Kitties, so full color reposrts would be appreciated. :grin
