What about a Willow/Tara movie?

Well, you know how SMG is all with the Buffy movie=bad? Well I was thinking that maybe they should make it without her. For example, they could make a movie abou the summer that she was dead. It could have fun filled adventures and plenty of Willow/Tara smoochage. Or maybe even just a movie about some of Willow and Tara's adventures. Whadda ya guys think?

I love this idea!!!! I have actually been thinking that they should make a W/T movie for some time now. In a movie, they could go MUCH further than they can on tv....if ya know what I mean??? And, I'm pretty sure y'all do.

I think a W/T movie would be cool. It wouldn't need to be light-hearted either, I am currently working on a novel for them which deals with child abuse but is still a W/T love-in.

I would love to see a Willow/Tara movie although I would hate it to go the way of so many spin-off movies ie. not true to the characters, different feel, other characters introduced out of nowhere etc.

Yeah, I'm thinking the Marquis de Sade might not be something Willow and Tara would be into, IMHO.



Honestly, I'd like to see something like a real adventure for the two witches. Take them out of Sunnydale and put them into some real Scoobyage. Solving an age-old mystery, or wandering around the ancient ruins of some community long gone; something like that. I've read some really interesting theories in fanfic, especially ones that link Willow and Tara to the great witch hunts of the 1600's. Kind of a cross between Nancy Drew and The Crucible. Of course, the writing would have to be intelligent and quirky and still retain our girls' characters, never mind all the historical accuracy that would have to be involved. But yeah, a big movie centred around something like that; I'd pay to see it.

Honestly? Nah. See, the thing that was funny about Willow's comment is that it's so far beyond the realms of her character. And I would hope that a movie would stay true to the characters. I mean hey, I'm not purporting the idea that Willow and Tara are all back rubs and Sarah Maclachlan sex, because I'm sure that they aren't. But as for full on S and M? Nope. Not them. Not for me, anyway.
