ETA: Ok, it seems to me that this fic contains a lot of people with similar problems. They DON'T listen to each other or give anyone else a chance to speak. I mean Tara is completely run over by Wesley and she never just tells him to back off. Ok, she does and he doesn't listen. Honestly, his thing about how he didn't agree that they were finished make me equate him with a stalker. I mean how creepy. And although Anya seems only sort of to blame for anything, how can she be Tara's best friend and now realize how toxic Wesley is? She set up the whole business partner thing without taking into account the danger of having an ex in the whole thing? And Joyce doesn't listen to Buffy and Shelia doesn't listen to Willow and on and on and on. I'd love to wish for a easy solution but I doubt one is coming.

I do hope that you’re okay now. Really? It’s heart wrenching? Well, thank you. I never thought that I could make someone by this fic, coz I never consider myself that good to be able to write something that could touch my reader’s emotions.

You know, now that I re-read the last chapter I started thinking more about what Willow said and I can sympathize with WIllow. While I haven't been In that exact situation I have been in a one really close to that. Having to watch at a distance as the one you love continues to live without you. Thinking how is it fair that they can go one living while I'm in so much pain.It's hard and for Willows sake I actually hope it's Wesley in the doorway. Then she can confront him and tell him to back off of Tara. Well that's only half true I think I might like it better if it's Tara.

I’m sorry to hear about your “almost” similar experience with Willow. It’s really unfair when that happens. Well, it’s the pain that we always have to face in life. It’s either we escape from the pain, or face it...

You’re welcome. For awhile I thought I was able to make you happy coz of the “very wonderful update” remark. But I really cannot blame your disappointment. Well, yeah, they’re already moving in that direction. I always wanna take it nice and slow, and avoid it being “force”.

I have to say that the amount of not letting other people talk in this update sucks: Joyce won't let Buffy talk, Willow has to go before Buffy can talk, Wes repeatedly won't let Tara talk. It's all very frustrating. In particular, Wes is a terrible ass and I can't believe that Tara allows her to walk all over her even though they aren't a couple (or if they were for that matter). Sheila and Joyce should both be appalled on Tara's behalf.

I know it's frustrating how people won’t listen to what one has to say to the other. It’s good that you noticed it, coz that’s what I want the reader to see and feel. No, Wesley and Tara aren’t a couple anymore.

I'd love to think that Tara is standing in the doorway but I'm going to guess that it's Wes instead and that he will continue to be an ass. Either that or Faith for some reason came looking for Buffy or something like that.

Seriously now, it was really sad to read Sheila's reaction to the reality of her daughter being gay. It took me back a few years when I was struggling with coming out to my parents myself. about my post earlyer i didnt want Tara to be the one there b/c that would of been too easy. I love the way when your reading a story your minds there. And I like when you read about the going to find out part and it hott and it new and it mmmm great feeling. I mean if that would of been Tara at that door there would of been no leading up to it. The reader wouldnt get that feeling. Any way what im trying to say is I read alot of sotrys and alot of people just let them find out so quickly that its not well its kinda bla.. So im glad you didnt cuz I really really like this story!! GO YOU!!!!

imagine how i went when i saw you've updated, but as i begin reading, i went from to to to to (that's due to that cliffhangery end).

so, it was joyce after all, i knew it couldn't be tara or it would just be too easy and i think you've made it your mission to keep us readers suffering i'm glad that finally buffy got to say what she wanted to her mom, but it makes me thinking was it the right time? anyways, that's over and done with at least.

Buffy faced her mother with courage and proclaimed, “No Mom, I’ve just gotten braver.”

and when sheila found out about this and asked willow if she had anything to do with it, i get how hurt willow must've felt... to find out that your mom might not really be okay with what you are.... and she felt all alone... buffy was in love with someone else... her dream girl tara is out of her reach forever... finding out sheila didn't really accept her sexuality after all...

She felt betrayed. Alone. Unworthy. Lost… and as much as she tried to dismiss the idea, she felt unloved. Nobody really cared about her, she thought to herself. Nobody…

i cannot begin to fathom just how rejected she must feel.

all the while while growing up, willow held on to the truth of her statement to tara and now it seems to just remind her how foolish she must have been to think that tara will wait for her, especially seeing wesley at her side... constantly i might add!

tara on the other hand jumped again to the conclusion that willow and buffy are together! it's frustrating to read sometimes (but not as frustrating as i get with wesley! just how long will he be in the picture?)

“I thought you’d always be in love with me,” she mumbled weakly...But whether Willow was telling the truth or not all those years ago, Tara hoped and wished to the stars that it would be true now.

i believe there's still hope for them... maybe a hard knock to the noggin is in order! i also believe if there ever was one who needs a hard dose of reality, it's wesley! maybe if he sees tara kissing willow then maybe he'll finally get it... i do like that scenario but hopefully wesley is out of the picture before that.

“Sh-sheila?” she asked, surprised. Suddenly a deep foreboding feeling overcame her as she saw the worry in Sheila’s face.

“It’s Willow…” Sheila uttered weakly.

Tara instantly panicked. “What?! What happened to her?! Is she alright?!”

i really have a bad feeling about this. what could've happened to willow?! maybe this is the push tara needs to open up her feelings to willow.

hopefully RL treats you better so you can have some time to continue writing so we can have an update soon. i would just like to say bravo to the newest chapter... hopefully we'll get to read more soon.

Indeed, this is the story one is following now, day to day. I really, really wanna see Tara and Willow talk it out, and Sheila and Wesleys opinions and interfering be damned!
