Looking for a Willow & Tara Fic Thread

I've been scratching my head looking for this fic. Instead of Oz, Willow meets Tara at that software company carerr-day thing. I remember that Donnie is the werewolf, Tara drives a van, and Willow seeks advice from Buffy over Tara. Thanks for the help.

Hello y'all...I'm actually de-lurking because I've been going nuts trying to find this fic.

I can't remember the title or the author but it's a "meet on the Internet story" - but not the recent Internet Connection by Mainer (which is delightful by the way.)
In this fic, Willow and Tara meet online when Willow goes into a lesbian chat room on a whim, convincing herself she is just bored. There is flirting - Tara is impressed with Willow's proper spelling and use of complete sentences. Eventually they set up a chat for later and soon a relationship ensues. They discover that they are both at UCS so they finally arrange a meeting. They have never seen each other and haven't exchanged pictures. Willow arrives at Tara's dorm room, but Tara is so nervous she makes Willow keep her eyes closed. Tara finally kisses Willow and then tells her to open her eyes, at which point Willow is blown away by her beauty (of course.)

So can anyone help me out?

Okay, so I know I read this fic a long time ago. But I don't currently remember much about it, nor do I ever remember posting anything else about it even though I made a note on a very old piece of paper about posting trying to find it. My guess is I lost the little note to self until now. So here goes.

Tara left Willow, and Willow disappeared to Chicago and changed her name to Willow Daniels. Tara doesn't want to stay in Sunnydale without her so she transfers colleges to Chicago. They see each other in a club or somewhere and Willow runs away. Tara follows or tries to find her or something. I'd really like to read it again. Thank you so much to anyone who helps..

hello everyone,

i originally joined the kittenboard back in 02 or 03 and sort of lurked for a while and then plucked up the courage to post a couple of stories, from which i made some lovely friends and learned a lot about writing!

since then though i've been absorbed in a phd, and have only uncovered my old computer that i unearthed to lend to my cousin while she was visiting. while i was cleaning up the hard drive i found a couple of chapters of my old stories, but lost much more.

i'd be very, very grateful if anyone knew if and (if so!) where these might have been posted on the board? the names of the stories are:

'into the stars'
and
'the dark matter'

both of which were by me at the same name "bluemote"

i don't wish to bother anyone too much, but i tried searching through the archives and didn't have much luck - found some random posts but no stories!

in the meantime, however, i've been enjoying catching up on the newer fics, and glad to see things are still going!

I remember once reading a fic where there was an evil woman that wanted something from Willow (I can't remember what? to do magic?) and she blackmailed a friend of Willow's from school to try and get Willow to do what she wanted...

I remember a scene where Dawn let her in the house and she went up to Willow's bedroom and then Tara figured out what was going on and rushed in to stop her.

Any idea what this was?

I'm looking for a fic I read forever ago, and the only real details I remember are that Willow is in therapy, like water therapy for something, and shes being really difficult about it. At one point Tara puts on a swimsuit, I think I remember it being blue, and gets in to help her, even though Willow protests. Anyone know what I'm talking about??? Your help is greatly appreciated.
