This is what I love about this board. We are a bunch of people from all over the world, who meet to share each other's laughter and sorrow, and appreciate each other's accomplishments.

This project has been a joy to behold. The authors seem to have enjoyed their words being given new life in pictures, the amazing creations bringing their work to a whole new generation of readers.

And the rest of us have so enjoyed seeing the Maniac's prodigious talents and gifts bring so much to the stories we know and love.

Each new update has reminded me of the real community that we have here, our shared history, and a future that is unfurling as we each post from our corner of the globe to meet in this wonderful melting pot.

This is such a welcoming community, where achievements are celebrated and encouragement is freely given. It gives me hope for the world...

It really has been great! The wallpapers that have been created are all wonderful, as is all the fan fiction that I am still in the process of reading. I’m glad it all came into fruition. I have enjoyed all the updates. You guys have definitely accomplished your mission, for which all of us are very thankful. So thank you guys, the maniacs!

Tarebear, Auburn, Willow, Spighy, Petal of Roses, and hero factor all the wallpapers you produced were brilliant. It's amazing the way you were able to capture the mood of each of the fics.
