The February Birthday Thread!

Postby Tara22 » Sat Feb 04, 2006 6:28 am

I noticed that there wasn't one of these threads yet so I thought I'd start one. A super duper huge birthday wish to my darling girl, vix84! May all your years continue to get better and better! I love you! :flower

Also, a shoutout to all the kittens who have birthdays this month:

It's my birthday today and I'm all grumpy about it. Never a big fan of time passing, but it is always more apparent on days like these. Nice job, nice friends, nice house, nearly-nice car - but there's always something missing. And it's not that I really want someone to make me toast in the morning - 'cos relationships are always a hassle which turns into a heartbreak, right?. It's just that I would have liked someone to make me toast today.

I'm going to have a cream cake - that should cheer me up. Maybe two, just to be on the safe side.....

happy birthday candleshoe!!!

if i were in england i'd totally make you toast. no one should have to make their own toast on their birthday, certainly not lovely people such as yourself.

i hope your day turns around - have a wonderful birthday!!

brandy

p.s. what's a cream cake?

Slightly OT, but kisstheviolets asked, so....

A cream cake is a cake filled with cream :-D I had a proper fresh doughnut, which is lighter and fluffier than an American one, filled with fresh whipped cream, and strawberry jam. It was covered all over with sugar, and topped with chocolate icing (which is probably called frosting in the rest of the world).

I feel a bit sick now, but a lot less grumpy!

PS: Thank you, violets :blush you pretty much just made my day!
