I saw more up-close snow in the last week and a half than in the first 20 years of my life.

I made an 8-inch snowman today, named Mrs. Snowman, the biggest snowman I have ever made on my own.

I made a 3-inch snowman on New Years Day, the first snowman I ever made by myself.

I ran outside to play in snow on New Years when I saw it was snowing harder than I'd ever seen before, totally freaking out my girlfriend in my excitement.

I love snow.

My girl does not understand my immense love for snow.

About 3 or 4 years ago I started a fic called Friends Forever. I only ever posted a couple chapters, nothing in a couple years, and haven't written much more, but I still think about the story once every couple of weeks. Just now I went over to the Pens and the thread at the top of the page was a story I'd never noticed before... a Friends Forever started long before mine. I feel bad now, like I should change the name of my story, except it would be weird to go and change the name of a story I haven't successfully worked on in so long.
