I've been trying to change my whole fitness lifestyle and am finding it much easier to just eat better (and less) than to actually work out. I started March 1st and to date have lost 27 pounds, which is good, but I've hit a major roadblock :( 190 lbs and holding steady for over a week. So, I went out and got Wii Fit Plus, which I hope will help. I also enjoy riding my bike. Wifey is less than enthusiastic so, meh, I will do it alone if I have to!
And yes, the biggest loser competition is at work...there are five of us doing it and we're only putting up $5 each a month, but it is motivation enough
