I just got back from a weekend in Atlantic City, and I'm sitting here counting my winnings.

Oh, wait! I didn't win. So, I'm sitting here getting caught up on the kitten after smooching my wife hello, making her dinner, watching Angel, uploading my photos, and reading the Coming Back update. Thinking about playing a video game or something like that.

on a business trip, so I am sitting in an office on the wrong side of the country and cursing my misfortune.

grrr... that one of my best friends is visiting where I live and really wants to catch up with me on Friday night. But guess what....I'll be stuck on a stupd aeroplane flying back from here and won't get back to my house till about midnight. So now I have to rearrange my weekend to try and see her for just a few hours.

This sucks so much...stupid job, and I have no Internet access at the hotel cause I forgot my laptop..

Maybe this should be in the crappy feelings thread.

oh poor sweetie! I feel for you, I really do. I'm on business trip too, for the whole week, and one of the first things I packed was my laptop ... I even spent a few minutes wondering if I should bring both laptops.

Well, right now, I'm in my hotel room playing with my powerbook and thinking how stupid it is to have a desk that faces away from the tv, so I can only listen to it while on the PB. I'm also thinking about which of the free fruit I should eat -- orange, apple or pear,

Um....I don't know that I would take my chances with the free fruit....you know, unless it's a high class establishment then I'd choose the pear.

I just finished watching a new The L Word S3 Promo. It's short (15secs) but I needed that. That certainly kick-started my inspiration to make icons and to update my fanlisting. Off I go to make more caps and rewatch it, in case I missed something.

Emmy, I'm at the Conrad, I think it's okay in terms of class I've decided to skip the fruit, cos I'm a little full. I did put the pear and the apple in my backpack, so I can have them at work.

I just added 2 emergency contacts in my cellphone, there's an initiative to add an entry under ICE - in case of emergency, so emergency workers can quickly locate emergency contact info when needed.

Oddly enough, I'm currently poking around the Kitten, watching the Red Sox vs. the Rangers, and playing San Andreas (the second time around -- long story)...so San Andreas happening on both sides of the pond in Kitten land!

dont worry i get the second time round thing, i completed san andreas then we lost the game for a while, now it is back but my game was on someone elses memory card so i started again. i copied a different game of my friends tonight cus i want the minigun to play with and i didnt get very far starting again. my friend tome has started it 3 times and is now over 95% complete.

that was a long silly post about computer games.

im being slightly drunk currently while chatting to my housemate tom who is down for a few days to work. and trying to figure out what the hell to do for my psychology project this year, the drunkeness isnt helping. plus ive decided to join the war games/role playing games society, the womens cricket team and the poker club next term.
