Inkheart by Cornelia Funke - just finished it and now I have to go buy the second book. It's fantastic, I love the idea of reading characters out of books.
I'm now eagerly anticipating the movie, especially as it has Sienna Guillory in it!

Alcy - we have those but I haven't read them.

I still don't read much that isn't fan fic or programming literature or parenting but I just finished reading the manual from the midwife. Maybe that classifies as parenting...

Just finished Inkspell, second book in the Inkheart trilogy by Cornelia Funke, great books, now I have to wait until someone returns a copy of the new Terry Brook book to my local library, I should just go and buy it!

I just started reading The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne.
I'm really excited `cause I've been wanting to read this book since 6th grade, but never got around to it.

I just finished reading "Annie on my Mind." **sigh** I could read that book over and over again and never get tired of it. Right now, I've started "The Templar Legacy," by Steve(?) Berry. Very "Da Vinci Code"-ish.

I read that a few weeks ago too, Foomatic. Annie On My Mind, that is. I got it on a trip to Toronto last year (I had never read it before).

Finished American Gods by Neil Gaiman a little while ago. It wasn't as awesome as I was led to believe it would be.

I'm reading Black Man by Richard Morgan, I've tried a few of his books before and didnt really like them but this one is easier to read (because the main character is a chick!), I love Space Opera of any kind so its great to find another book to enjoy after reading everything Alastair Reynolds has written (most of them twice)

I picked up Karin Kallenmeyer's (sp) Painted Moon at a 1/2 price book store yesterday. It was quite good and relatively hot too. I liked it better than Making up for Lost Time (which is also good).

Never once thought I would be one to say this, and I guarantee any who know me would say the same things, my friends would have heart attacks. But onto subject matter.....I am reading....baby books. There I said it. I'm adopting so I'm reading. Yeah.

Well, I haven't started reading it yet...but today, when I went to the library, I picked up a graphic novel called Stuck Rubber Baby...I figured anything with a title like that has to be at least remotely interesting

Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson.

I've read it before, but there are so many tangents and random parts that a review always brings something new.
