Probably like it is now, midnight to 8/9... my head tends to start getting weird if I mess with my sleep schedule too much.

What's your go-to dance song?

Dream job: I guess adapt my favorite book on the big screen and have Alyson Hannigan as the main character (I'm a cinema student, lol)

Either my friend Caroline, cause we'd have an awesome time together and always talk about wanting to hang out but we live really far apart, or my grandmother who died before I was born, cause I never got to meet her and I'd like to know what she was like.

If you could make up any holiday what and when would it be and why?

That's really hard, there are so many places Kat and I want to go... *thinks* Honestly, right now I'd say Sydney Australia. Show Kat around the beautiful city, where I lived when I was there, introduce her to some very important people to me. If I could I'd take her aroun April/ May time.

What's the best thing in you life right now?

A certain smile from someone I loved. Probably the only thing in my whole life that I've 100% appreciated every single time. Every time I got that smile it felt like the best gift in the universe, and I felt lucky beyond words to be receiving it.

If you could create a new society what would it be like?

I like the questions :) What would it be like it would be a place of nature and beauty with only horses for transport like in the other centuries of the past there would be no main roads and no building works people would be more friendly and compassionate and all hatred and slanderous ways would not be tolerated it would be a utopia.

What fantasy creature hmmmm how about a Kangaroo that would be able to fly and jump over mega long distances and also breathe fire? :)

Which noise is worse to hear over and over a dripping tap or a dentist drill?

I'd love to be able to freeze time. I could take my time making the big decisions then :).
Plus, I'd be able to sleep in more often :D.

If you could relive just one year of your life and do everything exactly the same, when would it be? :)

Cool question!! I would relive the year 2007. That was THE most perfect year of my life. I shared an apt with some of my closest friends, we partied all the time, we had a puppy...I was getting good grades in school, I had beautiful women around me all the time. GREAT YEAR!

I'm going to switch your question up:

If you could relive one year of your life, and change some decisions you made, which year would it be and why?

2002...horrible year. I lost 4 people close to me, 2 of them to suicide. I made some shi-tay decisions that year. One I made had lasting consequences that totally f'd up the next 9 years!!! I won't get into exact details, but I tried to help a close family member and they completely took advantage of the situation. So, THAT I would DEFINITELY change!

It's a tempting thought, but I don't think I would. High school was mostly very shitty for me, though there are things I can appreciate about it now that I didn't at the time, and I wouldn't want to relive it just for fun, but at the same time if I were to change things in an attempt to make things better I fear I would unintentionally change things that have happened after which have been incredible. A lot of my life so far has sucked (or I felt that it did anyway), but it's gotten me where I am and I don't think I'd change it.

If you could only pick one memory to be sure you kept forever what would it be?

Re: Getting to know you . . .

I was a late bloomer, so freshman year of college. I was completely under the spell of a new york bad-girl who was busy discovering all sorts of things (which was amazing, because it seemed to me she knew alot already...) and I sort of got pulled along behind her. She had found some friends to smoke with, but I had not yet partaken... (partook? partaked? What is the past tensey thing here???).

The other point of a soon to be very ugly love triangle and I were both more cautious types and ended up deciding, in a very nerdy way, that we would try this independently of her. A couple friends invited us over to their place, we smoked (pipes as a I recall). We were both sort of serious about it, like it was some experiment or trial where we would learn specific effects, determine our tolerance, etc. Like I said, kinda nerdy. Tremendously dorky actually. At anyrate ... we smoked, we sat around being annoyed by our stoner hosts, decided pot was completely over-rated and that it had had no effect on us and left. Then we spent an hour and a half finding our way back to our dorm while having deep conversations... mainly about the aforementioned new yorker.

Ah, the awkwardness of "yout"....

So... What was the your most recent big change of life/perspective moment?
Don't confuse me with your reasonableness.

Deciding to move back to Texas last December. It happened in almost an instant, it became clear to me very suddenly that I was in a situation that not only didn't work but was never going to, and that I had more for me back home than where I was.

I don't know if it exactly qualifies as trauma, but I clearly remember one night when I was about 6 or 7 I found my mom crying after an awful fight with my dad and tried to comfort her, like I always did, and she told me that my brother and I were the only reasons she didn't leave him. It was pretty damaging emotionally, to feel like my mom was miserable because of me, and probably the closest thing I had to real trauma.

What has been your biggest trauma in adulthood?

Well, there's actually 2.

First, surviving Hurricane Andrew in Miami, 1992.

Second, was in 2002 when my cousin committed suicide. He was my best friend and the worst part for me was that I was the last person he talked to; he called me and that's a terrible burden to bare. His death is something that I'm sure if I'll ever get over.

Um...last semester I was in a art class with two friends and we were all tired and hungry. Then the prof started to talk about Monet and showed us slides of his haystack series, and I might have said something about the haystacks looking like buleberry muffins (the painting was bluish) and my friend retorted that the other one reminded her of burnt muffins. A hilarious laughing fit ensued that no one could stop, and it lasted for the rest of the class (almost an hour). We literally couldn't glance at each other afterwards. *Yes, I'm a dork and I know it ;-)
