Hey, Hey, did you ever think

There might be another way

To just feel better,

Just feel better about today

Oh no-

If you never want to have

To turn and go away

You might feel better,

Might feel better if you stay

Sir Michael Phillip Jagger

Postby Gatito Grande » Fri Dec 12, 2003 12:28 am

I guess this isn't really trivia (first possibly applicable thread I happened upon!), but congratulations, w/ all pomp and circumstance, to the newly-knighted Sir Michael Phillip Jagger.

Yep, Mick's a knight now! (Let's spend the knight together?)

Who was there to badmouth Sir Mick? Keith Richard, of course. This brings to mind an item I read in gay rag about 15 years ago, which went something like this:

Mick: "Keith is 100% heterosexual."

Keith: "Mick is the most heterosexual man I know."

To which the rag commented, "Divorce is So Ugly!" :lol

GG But maybe it's time to retire? The thought of Mick's rooster strut done in a walker is *not* a pretty sight! ;) Out

Dashboard Confessional - Hands Down

Those doors won't open up for you,

not now not anymore

You're not the person that you used to be

You light a cigarrette and say that it won't satisfy you,

like you just aren't satisfying me

What can I do?

What can I say to you to try and figure out whatever's on you mind?

I think there's something I'm supposed to see

So after googling every possible combination of the lyrics I always came up blank. What is up with that? At first I thought the song didn't really exist because it wasn't online. I mean who doesn't put their lyrics online these days? Anyway, then I thought really hard and listened to all of the cds you gave me and finally found it. Here is what I discovered it was, The Army of Freshman's "Precious Time."

And here are some lyrics that anyone can find online:

I will always say it's so

I will always speak the truth

Descend into a noose ...

Its been along time since i posted here, anyway the last lyric was "Still Desire You" - Melanie Doane

This is a pretty easy one me thinks, anyway here it is:

"You used to captivate me by your resonating mind

Now I'm bound by the life you left behind

Your face it haunts my once pleasant dreams

Your voice it chased away all the sanity in me"
