I'm still waking up extraordinarily early due to jetlag - around 6am here on a Sunday, I should be sleeping. Instead, I'm having a cupcake and a glass of grape juice. I expect to have a real breakfast around 8am.

As I just waxed poetic about this to gorn, I shall share it with the rest of you: a cucumber and blueberry cold salad that is tossed in a white wine, vinegar, olive oil, honey and tarragon dressing. It is like the lightest, least-cloying sweet pickles you have ever had. Insanely good, if a little weird sounding.

Oh. and coffee. ;-)
