My flatmate and I got rid of our land line two apartments ago, and have never once missed it. Cell phones all the way.

The professional answer is that it depends on the job, but as gardening is just a tad hard on the back at times, I have to go with long handled - I'd be lost without my hoe.

Holidays/vacations: Active types (skiing, hiking etc) or lie on the beach types?

I haven't been to London yet so... Paris (plus Paris got something for "her": Miss Yummy! Even though said Miss Yummy probably prefers London ^^)
