One would think it would be the best day of my life. Mt. Dew released two new World of Warcraft flavors - a red one for the Horde and a blue for the Alliance.

Mt. Dew and World of Warcraft. How could my world get any better?

Well, they both suck. I mean Suck with a capital "S." I bought both because I happen to play both Horde & Alliance, but Horde is where my hearts is so I started with that one. It's cherry flavored. Doesn't taste a thing like Mt. Dew. And cherry? What the HELL are they thinking?? This is the HORDE!! Orcs, trolls, even the goddamn Undead!! And they give us a sissy cherry cola drink? I'm dumbfounded ...

Alliance blue "wild berry" is no better. Again, tastes nothing like real Mt. Dew. Why in the name of C'thun's Eyebeam did they not just make cool bottles and fill them with regular, good old-fashioned Mt. Dew, green just like God intended it to be?

These new flavors are a disgrace. Mt. Dew and World of Warcraft should be ashamed of themselves. Ashamed!

I'm on the other side of the spectrum this evening, with a somewhat affected, pompous drink - brandy with a bit of cherry and orange infused.. infusedness??? Yeah, whatever. I brandied some cherries and like to add a little of the liquid from them to brandy. Very tasty.
