i've got on tan colored corduroy shorts and a light blue polo type shirt with a couple of stripes across the chest (which i hear is a no-no if you have huge boobs you don't want to draw attention to) and brown leather flip flops.

"Gussied up" means "dressed up" - no idea of the derivation, but there you go.

my fashion sense is kinda shy, it has been hiden inside of me since.....well.....ever LOL. what I mean is that I don't mind if two clothes look fine together. now I'm wearing baggy jeans and a t-shirt I stole from my girl and which got "accidentally" in a spilling trouble with her perfume bottle. :fallen it smells heavently but I can't wear it for a long time 'cause if i did I' have to wash it.
