Yeah it definately makes the most sense to have a world-wide gathering in the US, more than half of the Kittens come from there, but it's just so easy to bitch about it when you're pretty much on the other side of the globe.

Besides this being the closest Kitten gathering to Phoenix ever, it would be worth driving to Vegas to see the reaction of guys at their regular strip club watching lesbians take it over. I'm sure they'll think hell's frozen over.



Like other kitties here finances would be a concern, plus whether my wife would let me go. A lot can happen in 5 months though.

I've only just recently joined in the Kitten madness and y'all are coming to Vegas. See, and people said I wasn't special...Oh...you mean you're not planning this whole thing for my benefit...damn...Oh well, count me in anyway.*GRIN*



I can just imagine Kittens taking over Gypsy's, or better yet Jaguar's...or, The World!!! Okay, President's Weekend...Valentine's Day...my Partners birthday...Kittens taking over Las Vegas...I may not survive the weekend...but what a way to go!!!



Rally if you need help with anything as far as logistics, this local Vegas Kitten is up for the task...just let me know.



The town won't know what hit it...and that's some feat for a place like this!

Hey - We've more or less confirmed it. Darcy and I will be in Vegas. She's definitely approved for the time off and I, well, being a manager type, um, sort make my own schedules. So Woo-hoo! We just need the details of where to stay, the flying we'll probably do out of Atlantic City Intl in NJ - travel from one gambling den to another should be cheaper, right?

We're thinking that we might wait until a couple of weeks before the Meet to get our rooms. Prices for us will be cheaper (since we're a member of almost every freakin' hotel on the Strip...I got five little discount thingies in the mail just this week alone from The Paris, The Orleans, Bally's, the Tropicana, and Caesar's Palace ). Plus, we have to be sure we'll still be here in TX at that time. We might be LONG gone back to the East Coast by then.

I have laid out the criteria to a few sources, as follows... but other Vegas Kittens are more than welcome to give their input. We want one upscale hotel, preferably close to some cheaper ones. That way we have everyone realitively close and in everyone's price range. Dates are set, any official Kitten biz will happen on Sat or Sunday. But I think folks will be there as early as Thursday and stay as late as Tuesday.



I expect to have some solid info up in the next two weeks. I appreciate everyone's patience, as it has been a rollercoaster 2 months for me. Suggestions, recommendations or questions can be mail bombed at me and I will do my best to get back to you asap.



Everyone please read the updated first post, I need to get some information to help set up the arrangements.
