Well, I wouldn't call it an addiction, per se, it's moreso a neverending urge to always have it on my lips, and if long hours go without quelling this urge, one might be forced to press one's lips upon anyone available in order to get the lip gloss on one's lips. ; )

The person below me has a not-so-guilty pleasure of watching Desperate Housewives every Sunday night. (Maybe not so much now that the first season is over, but still..)

That's true! This is my first week of actually working with the customers, I know if I can get through this week I will be alright with it by then. Also, I really have a lot of work that needs to be done, so I can't wait for the week to end so I can be off and take care of things weighing on my mind.

Well at work we have to change our passwords every 3 months and we can't use any of the last 4 we used previously. So I'm now up to using birthdays of everyone I know. At home I'm fairly original, I use my license plate.

That would be me. I'm listening to the Alternative music radio channel online instead of the usual Streaming Soundtracks channel because I'm falling asleep from the influence of Benadryl.

Wow Shinnen. You hit the nail on the head with that one for me. I love my job but after being out on disability for a month, it seems that somethings (or people) never change. I walked back into the same crap. It was almost like living in a real life soap opera.

Yay finially, something i can say YEs that me to,

I have been watching this thread and the person below me profile has never fit, I now offically win.

about two weeks ago, my best friend and I were driving along a country road, and two horses bolted from a gateway, the gate was surounded by toi toi (bushs) and we didnt see the gate till we were passing it,

one horse managed to avoid us, but the first one didnt, she slamed into the car, slid up the windscreen, shattered it, kept sliding into a ditch,
we only had time to scream,

the amazing thing is..The horse is fine, one small nick on its leg, we are fine, small cuts, concusion for by best friend, and a healthy dose of shock for both of us,
the only thing that got nailed was the car,

We were so Bloody lucky!! and we know it, and both of us reavaluated our lives thus far,

ok... the person below me has always got cold feet,
I'm getting a wrinkle above my eyebrow because I just can't stop lifting it, and I love that you know..

ok... the person below me has always got cold feet,

Well, that's true about me in two ways, literally and figuratively. My feet get cold really easily. I always wear socks, even around the house and in the summer. I have to sleep with socks on my feet, or my cold feet will wake me up. My girlfriend thinks it's hilarious. Plus I always seem to have cold feet as far as doing just about anything that involves people. That doesn't stop me, mind you, because I believe in living life to its fullest and not letting fear get in the way, but all in all, yeah, my feet are always cold.

TPBM is an adrenaline junkie.

Well, that's me, sort of. I don't get adrenaline from doing big things, like sky diving, or anything like that. Whenever I am on stage, I get a huge adrenaline rush, and it lasts for quite a while afterwards. It's the fear I have and nerves, I hate it, but I am oh so addicted to that rush of performing, wether in theatre or music, it's a great feeling.

I think people are getting sick of this, cos probably the whole board knows I've been a sickly little kitten for the past 3 weeks with bronchitis and a cough I can't get rid of. Well, probably only the people who read what I post in my drugged state. The first specialist gave me 7 types of meds and the respiratory specialist I went to see today gave me 5 plus this funky purple inhaler. I've been going into work late, or not at all, often getting sent home by my well meaning colleagues (or perhaps they don't want to be infected :P). Sigh, I just wanna get well *whine*.

TPBM is addicted to old B&W movies. [<--- I didn't think of this, someone else did, and she knows who she is :lol.]

i'm definitely addicted to black and white movies, in fact i can recite/perform all of casablanca for you at the drop of a hat. if i'm having a bad day nothing is better than the philadelphia story or bringing up baby, and i can watch all about eve once a month and laugh every time. any time i rent a new movie that sucks (which is so many of them sadly) it's back to the classics aisle for me!

Woohoo! My increased risk of cancer means I get to post!
Started working on an organic farm a few weeks ago, and just quit my office job officially yesterday (Yeehaw!).
So farm work great and fun, but also very sun-filled. I have a dark pink farmers tan now...including a weird sort of smiley face where my shirt doesn't quite meet the back o' my pants...so maybe a plumbers tan?

TPBM knows a good recipe for summer squash or zucchini ...

Event...event is such a labeling-word...it's as if you're trying to say going to a late-night-reading-magic-show-dressing-up-as-one-of-the-characters-costume contest-buying-three-copies-for-one-house-bookstore-bouncing-night is a big deal or something.

What? What'd I say?

The LOVELY person below me (I can't help but laugh at that phrase) has seen the Vagina Monologues live...and no, watching a girl talk about her latest Yeast Infection does not count. I don't want to know.

Ooh, I saw it live, it was awesome. I think it might have been a bit altered, I don't remember some of the vaginas that spoke being in the first version I saw...

TPBM did not bother to watch the MTV Music Video awards, and has no intention of catching it later on, either.

That fits me, didn't see the MTV awards (not sure if it was shown yet in the UK, that's how little interest I have in it!), certainly have no plans to catch it later.

TPBM has seen all 6 Starwars films at least twice.
