Ten. Million!!! Visits. :shock

That's a lot.

Sometime today, we should be hitting ten million total visits here. Check out that part down there at the bottom - The Kitten, The Witches and The Bad Wardrobe Information.

I just wanted to mark this momentous occasion. Here we still are, and going strong. Yay!

Hope everyone has a great Monday and week!

It's amazing considering that we've only been here for a year and half.. or so. Our statistics from novogate are not on that count. I have a counter that has been keeping stats since novogate but that didn't keep the pens count from novogate. Anyway, that one has over 20 million, I expect that the real count since our beginnings is somewhere between 25 and 30 million views.

Anyway, it's a big milestone here on ezboard especially since I thought this would be a temporary move. I remember when novogate kicked us out and we rushed to find a new home. Everything was up in the air, it was tough times but we've done just fine. Thanks to all the kittens! As long as we have a handful of people here, we'll be around!

Oh I had been looking at that counter regularly, but if not for this thread I would have missed the fact that today is the day when we hit the big 10.000.000. I wish my bank account had that number in the credit box. Anyway, it's really great. I am happy we are still here, the board is 'slower' than it once was, at the hight of the crap spoilers, but that is fine by me. The people who join now, or who are posting now are here because they care about more than just spoilers. It is still far busier than it was when I found the Kitten three years ago. I found it just in time to be able to look back at the first Novogate threads, when there were like 20 people and the colors were hideous :p , before Novogate devoured them. I wish they had been saved. I wish I had been here from day 1 really.

I dreaded the move from Novogate, like I dread most forced changes, heh, but it turned out more than ok. The board looks much better now with the new forums. WT and AA will always have their own special place on W&V and the Pens, and at the same time there is room to discuss just about everything else without it 'competing' with WT. It is great is that people are still joining us from all over the world. I can remember being the only Dutch poster, which I have not been for a long time now. We have had people post from every inhabited continent, that is pretty amazing. I lahv this place. :heart

And many of our contemporaries have faded away. It's almost like they were canceled or something. :lol

This is a wonderful place.

For the record I enjoyed moving from Novogate to ezboard. Course Novogate always had us as their featured board.

Missed it by one!

This is really amazing. I had my doubts about what would happen after we got the bad news. But what happened afterwards has been nothing but amazing.

We have grown bigger and better. We are getting new members everyday and we are stronger than ever.

And in case you still don't get it...we're here to stay!

Ten million visits. It is absolutely amazing how strong and positive this community is. Ten million celebrations of the friendship, fun and safe haven provided by the Kittenboard. Many thanks to the moderators that maintain this amazing site and to the kittens who maintain the spirit of Willow and Tara and everything that they have come to embody.

Watching the hit counter is like waiting for the ball to drop at New Year's. Only about 300 to go.

But the truth is I was lucky. ;)

Looking forward to the next 10 million!
