Today, November 13th, is 'To Write Love On Her Arms' Day.
People around the world simply write 'Love' on their arms or hands simply to promote awareness of depression and self-harm (Moderators - sorry if this is a 'banned' topic..my bad)
People who suffer from depression and/or self harm can feel alone and ignored - i definately know I did - but a simple thing like the sight of 'Love' can make the loneliness less suffocating and let them know that there ARE people who will support and understand them.
It's just one day, but it may be the day someone makes the decision to live
