what was the best and worst thing of 2009 for you?

For me, the best thing was my last High School days. I'll never forget my school, my teachers and my school friends.
The worst was that I had to take a lot of medicine because of allergies.

Worst: My grandma passed away. We weren't that close but it was still the worst part of 2009 for me.

Best: Finishing the requirements needed for an Associates degree and moving onto a Bachelors program. School seems to be taking a long time for me but I'm still going and that makes me happy.

The best thing about 2009 for me was getting married (technically it was "registering a civil partnership" but that's not as romantic-sounding is it!).

The worst thing was having to move house on three days notice. Turns out that, when your landlord doesn't pay his mortgage and his house gets repossessed, tenants have no legal rights whatsoever. We're lucky we hadn't gone on a honeymoon or we'd have been away when the bailiffs moved in...

The Best: As of midnight eastern standard time Dia and I are fully, legally married by NH law...no more "civil union" we are fully legally wed...woooohooooooooo!

The worst: Nearly every mechanical item in our posession has crapped out in the past week leading up to Christmas (and being as this is the south, cabbage and black eyed peas for dinner tomorrow...my poor nose!)

Best thing: Writing my screenplays and doing more film work, and meeting up with friends to celebrate the new year

Worst: probably working in the pub was bad for a while, other than that not much.
