Alexandra Cabot is back in still in yummy form. Did anyone watch the show? What was your feelings on it?

I liked it. I'm glad they were able to incorporated L&O into it sort of by having a press conference with Arthur Branch.

Did anyone watch last night's ep? I've seen the first 3, and they seem to be getting better. It's not a great show (yet). There are too many cast cast members, IMO, but last night featured several minutes of Alex Cabot (Stephanie March) in all her hotness back in the courtroom kicking ass! (Be still my beating heart!!).
The more SM is on screen, the better the show will be.
Just my two cents.

I've seen two of the ep's now, including last nights and I agree the show does have some potential, and also that there are too many characters. I love Julianne Nicholson so I might watch it just to see her, and I like the character she's playing. So far it seems less formulaic than a lot of these type of shows, which makes it more interesting to me.

So far, Julianne Nicholson is the only character that I actually like. I'm not familiar with her before Conviction. I just hope they don't hook her up with Eric Balfour, 'cause that would ruin it for me, at least for now. I don't mind that they seem to like each other, but puhleez no sex scenes. I've had enough already just with Steele and Rossi, at least I think those are the characters names. (Was that a bandaid on Anson Mount's forehead? Was there an explanation for it?)
EB is growing on me in that I'm starting to like his character a bit. I couldn't stand him the first ep, but that's because I find him physically unattractive.(which really isn't very nice on my part).
Stephanie March....yummy...It is SO GREAT to have Alex Cabot back and in action (and in charge 'cause somehow she's now the Bureau Chief) Glasses of power and justice, snark, beauty, brains...woo hoo!

I feel the same way about Eric Balfour but I'm afraid that is the way they are moving with these two. As long as they take their time I guess I can deal with it. He is a good actor and he was in Lie With Me with Lauren Lee Smith so he gets points for that. And envy. Actually guite a lot of envy.

Julianne Nicholson has been in a number of movies and tv shows, my favorites being a movie called Tully that I can recommend highly and a pretty good shortlived series about clairvoyants called The Others.
