And I gave up, I am so ashamed...
I second the congratulations and adoration to all those people out there who got down and dirty, right into the Save Farscape campaign, it is really more than i ever expected, and a huge reward for everyone involved. Those people really deserve so much more for all the effort they put into every single scheme and campaign idea to bring Farscape back from destruction and we have them to thank for this wonderful news. Hopefully it can develop a bit further than a mini-series, but if thats all we get, then so be it.
On another Farscape note, it looks like good ol' channel nine in Australia will be bringing back Farscape, it's listed to be screened on Thursday December 4th, 10:30pm, i think from where they left off in the 3rd season. So enjoy it while it lasts people!
Don't you just love those guys, they rip out your heart with their bare hands, whip out a large wooden mallet and crush it reducing it to a bloody, pulpy mess and laugh as you writhe about in pain...... and then, a year after they have taken it off and only a few days after you have resorted to paid tv in a desperate last ditch effort to get your weekly dose of Scaper goodness, when they see that Farscape's got the nod for a mini-series, THEN they decide to bring it back to public television and in doing so, picked up the pulverised pieces which were once your heart, but now resemble a puree of rasberry jam, put them haphazardly back together with some cheap sticky tape and super glue and said, "there, good as new."
Now of course, i'm not angry at these people, these media moguls if you will. I'm not angry in the "Ouch! I just stubbed my toe on the table leg, damn that hurts!" way. Its a little closer to the "I'm a homicidal maniac with a tendency towards butchering innocent people with large, sharp and very scary weapons, who knows where you live and doesn't like you all that much" anger. I'd say that would be a good approximation of the scale of my emotional feelings towards Kerry Packer and whoever else runs channel nine and THE ENTIRE BLOODY WORLD!!
Breathe in... and out... in... and out. Okay, I have to be a rational, calm person about this. There is no reason to think just because those network execs think they can jerk us around like rag dolls, that this is excuse enough to catapult them into the fiery atmosphere of the sun... but it would be nice, hehehe.

The leather, the attitude...yeah baby...that's my kind of woman! Claudia Black is so adept with the dry subtle humor of Aeryn...I nearly peed myself laughing in the episode when they had the little creature onboard looking for the parasite and it was humping her leg etc...also dig Chiana a whole lot...sexy, funny etc and the blue chick...Zaan or Xahn I have no idea how to spell it...anyway
