Basic Summary: Sarah Manning is the main character. She's a sort of very pretty but sketchy grifter/occasional drug dealer. In the first 2 minutes she watches a woman calmly take off her shoes, set down her bag, and step in front of a train killing herself. Strangely the woman (Beth) looks exactly like Sarah. Exactly. So Sarah steps into her life to try and steal her $. As it turns out, both are clones. So far there have been 8 clones (I think) and I've read that there will be 9.
One of the clones, Cosima is not only the hottest and funniest but she's also gay and some sort of brilliant scientist. Tatiana Maslany is all of them and her work is just mind boggling. Sometimes she plays 1, 2, or 3 clones in one scene and sometimes she plays one character pretending to be another.
The first season is on Amazon prime now and the 2nd season just aired its 2nd episode. This is probably my favorite show on TV right now. Here is Sarah meeting Allison and Cosima for the first time.
