Well, that was quite a Season Finale!

Personally, I was just glad to see the departure of the Demon Seed Kayla and the demise of the truly evil Gary Cole character.

Anybody have any idea who that was that Susan was kissing at the end of the "flash forward"???

Hi Nicola!
Glad you liked it. :)

I'm just curious, are any Kittens watching the very interesting Spanish adaptation of the show, "Amas de casas desesperadas" on Univision? I actually don't speak/read/write Spanish, but I find it entertaining to attempt to follow along using my recollection of the Anglo original and noting some of the changes they have made (some are obvious--such as Gabrielle becoming Gabriela; "Susan's" mother [Polly Bergen in the original], btw, is played by Maria Conchita Alonso). It's worth a glance if you can spare the time. ;-)

This sounds like something you should take with at least a couple grains of salt, but...

The makers of hit sitcom Desperate Housewives are reportedly planning a same sex kissing scene between Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher, in a bid to keep viewers hooked to the show, after the exit of Nicollette Sheridan.

An interesting episode last night with Swoosie Kurtz as a lesbian who thought that Susan (Teri Hatcher) was coming on to her. It has a kind of happy ending.

Did anyone else catch it?

I thought it was yet further evidence of "Why Gay Men Should Never Try to Write About Lesbians". :happy

GG After the disastrous "Samantha becomes a Lesbian---for ~3 episodes" on Sex and the City a few years back. Out

The Swoosie Kurtz character was pathetic, if not offensive (when the little girl said "Goodbye, Miss Susan", was she not implying that SK's teacher character had fired a TA who'd rejected her advances, previously? :spin)

Well, well, well....in the most recent episode (2/21) they've decided to try going down the L-route again.

It seems that Robin the Stripper (played by Julie Benz), described herself to Catherine (Dana Delaney) as a "card-carrying" you-know-what ;-) , and not only was Catherine not put off by this revelation, but seems to have been quite "open" to playing on her team.

We'll definitely have to see how this goes.......

Robin and Katherine's story arc is just way to short. I like how they did the story... i think many relate well to how Katherine felt. But I didn't like that they took them out of the show. I read somewhere that it wasn't permanent but... but... haiz... It was a sweet thing. Plus.. both women were hot!
