Amber's film TABOO

well i just watched Taboo and i have to say: if you are an Amber Benson fan (ie everyone here ) you need to see this movie. she looks, acts and just generally is great in it, as you may have seen in the clips.



as for the film itself, well i wouldn't normally watch this sort of film, so i can't really compare it, but it seemed alright (although i found myself not so much watching the film, as a certain actor ).



again highly recommeded

Its not fair, Amber has together strong big character and they kill her again (ok its from clips from Buffyverse).



But this movie and Amber especialy look interesting. When I first hear that Amber play alcoholic I say that she will looks as drunk kicking puppy or kitten (I mean this in good sense).

And I have right. SHE IS NICE !!

I would recommend going to your local Grundig retailer, though. They should know what they're doing. My DVD player went under the screwdriver on Friday and recovered perfectly well...

Personally, I loved the way that Piper was blotto throughout much of this movie. That's a good Amber look.

I just watched my copy!!!! . Amber was so sexy and funny, even falling over all over the place- her gorgeous curves in all the right places made this movie one to watch multiple times! Plus her acting was great and it was good to see her play such fun character.

I actually did enjoy the movie too-a bit predictable but definitely worth watching.

right I'm off to exercise the pause button!

I wouldn't mind a R1 version but ther one I've seen is R1 RCE (Regional Code Enhancement) meaning that it won't always work on all multi-region players.

I rented Taboo this afternoon and just finished watching it. If it weren't for Amber, I doubt I would have rented it otherwise.

I didn't think the movie itself was very good. However, Amber was good.



AMBER.... . Love that woman.



She looked incredibly hot and yummy. I agree with Ruth on the good Amber look, Piper being blotto throughout the movie.

I had an Amber craving last night so I dragged my lazy butt out of my apartment and went hunting for the movie. I nearly burst into song when I saw it at Blockbuster! ^__^



So, I spent my evening eating chocolate and rewatching all the best Amber/Piper parts. It was almost a perfect evening, despite the whole boringness of all the non-Amber parts of the movie. *melts* Gods, Amber's just so incredibly sexy. And she makes the character so adorable and endearing, despite the whole being a spoiled, rich, kinda dumb, lush and all that. ^_^ Mmmm... I think I need another Amber fix. *zooms off to wear out her dvd player*

I think that considering what she wears throughout the movie... you can overcome it. It's a good movie!

I too received my copy in the post today and couldn't wait to wach it! I actually did like the movie and was rather skeptical about the film before i watched it! The best part of the whole film was AMBER of course, otherwise i doubt i would have bought it, just rented it! Amber just had me laughing throughout the whole movie. Let's just say that from the clothing to the drinking to the potty mouth this role was more than a stones throw away from the equally loveable and sexy Tara! All I can say is God is this woman gorgeous

The fifth video store I tried had one copy. Thank heavens. I did like it. I kind of wish they had kept more mystery as to who went with what card (hell the even showed Amber writing on hers), and perhaps they could have had deaths corisponding with the transgressions? Anyway the script could have used a little fine tuning but the twist was very cool (it caught me by surprise, even though I had looked at a few screencaps!) And the cast is extremely talentented, with the exception of January who gave a Keanu Reeves-esk performance. (I've never seen her in anything before, so I'm hoping this role just didn't really mesh with her and things will be better in AP3.) On the bright side it was a less gruesome movie than most slasher films which meant that I managed to keep my eyes open all but one spot (you know what I'm talking about Rockzmyworld!)



The Amber report: She was wonderful as the dumb, alcoholic slut. She cracked me up many a time. As always she turned what could have been a throw away character into someone charming and loveable. I was definately rooting for Piper to make it through. And was she frickin' hot in this film or what? I leave you with these five words for you to ponder on:



Dog Collar. Slip. Shower Scene.

This sounds very much like the Amber equivalent of American Pie (i.e. a film I wouldn't watch if she weren't in it, but Amber makes it good, and Amber plays a character who could have been very boring and 2d if played by someone else, but again Amber makes her interesting and likeable).
