Just watched today's ep. Olga is looking good, so beautiful in purple my god. Oh I love kendall's line, bianca, your girlfriend is sleeping with my boyfriend lol. Never has a conversation like that happened between sisters on television.



Poor Bianca.. sigh. She just won't hear it, but I am hoping kendall can help when Bianca is ready to forgive Lena. Because she knows what it is like to be played like that.



Oh man and Bianca's defense of Lena, wooo she must have gotten some really good lovin' from lena because she's pretty sure of her love and gayness, which I am not going to get into. Well yes I am. So lena's bisexual from what we've heard. She could be gay because she's never fallen in love before, still I am thinking bi. Bianca's just ranting, she was pretty upset.



OH and poor Bianca , I hope she didn't hear the darling part. I hope Lena doesn't ask her to be let into Erica's house. bianca will know for sure then and come to the worst conclusions. Sure she's lying, but not about her love and I think in the end, that's what matters to Bianca. Such unfortunate circumstances. What a lovely soapy messs!! yay



Oh and yes I saw Olga on Law and Order, yay. It made me happy.

It's the newest issue which should be available friday and while they don't say how long she's under contract for , they do say she'll be hanging around Pine Valley for a while. Soap Opera Digest and Soap Weekly have multiple mentions of Bianca-Lena so you might want to check them out. Soap Weekly's question last week was do you like Henry and Maggie as a couple? 82% said no.Ouch. This week it's are you glad you saw Lena and Bianca kiss? They mention that they're getting a positive response from viewers and there was a slight increase in the ratings.

I loved today's ep, I'm so happy Lena's getting caught by Binks, I really didn't want this to last a few weeks (the when will Binks find out thing, not the relationship, I want that to go on and on, just like Celine! )



After the big drama, then the big make up scene then I hope we get to see Erica, Kendall and LAB crucifying Michael, he really needs to get his ass

I take Olga's contract, the ratings and the positive feedback as a good sign.And hey, they can still be a happy couple and have angst.. Y'know, like when they want to go to Vermont and get married and Erica freaks, or when they want to have a baby and Erica freaks..They could get a ton of mileage just out of the whole 'Erica freaks' thing..

And gspiggott, after reading your articles post on the season 7 board, I will never ask a question like that again..It's obvious you know your stuff. Forgive me for any doubts I might have had..

Thanks gspiggott for the contract news... hopefully my soap opera digest will come in the mail tomorrow. As for how long Olga's contract might be... I do know that most soaps usually want actors to sign a 3 year contract (though there are certainly exceptions to this duration). By the same token, I do recall that within the contract there are cycles (not sure of the right terminology, but I think it's of different 6 week periods) where the soap can fire the actor... making the contract shorter than originally signed for. That being said with her signed it's definitely a good sign in what direction this story-line is going, and I can't wait for all the drama.

When I heard Kendall say that her boyfriend was sleeping with Bianca's girlfriend, my partner and I looked at each other and said simultaneously "ewww." Then I tried to justify it by saying "I believe Bianca and Kendall are only half sisters." That's when I knew I was hooked to a soap opera. I haven't had this much fun watching a soap since the grand ole days of Dallas. Glad to hear Lena will be sticking around. It would be a waste if they let her go. This story is too much fun to end now.



I also love how the characters keep saying the word gay and lesbian on the show. Bianca said lesbian at least once on Wednesday's episode and gay several times and Erica said gay several times as well. I've seemed to notice that if a show does have a gay character they hardly ever say the word gay for some reason.

I've been meaning to mention this - I think once Bianca and Lena get their relationship resolved they need to go somewhere were there are NO phones (and leave their cell phones at home)! Everytime things start to get good, the stupid phone rings!

On a different note, I'm glad to hear that Olga has been signed to a contract. Must be very recent, which is a good sign as her original storyline was only supposed to last til Spring. I don't think they would be signing her to a contract if that was still the case. But I still don't think it would hurt for everyone who hasn't to go vote in the poll and to write or send e-mails. I know the response has been largely positive and the ratings are up, but there are alot of homophobes out there writing in too..Never hurts to make your voices heard..If anyone needs contact info, just head over to the BAM website..They've got them all over there...

I think they held that out as a possibilty depending upon how well the chemistry between Lena and Binx went and how well people accepted that coupling..I think the reaction to both has been largely positive.(hey, you're always going to have some homophobes out there with a problem with it)

If they were going to team Maggie and Binx, then why sign Olga to a contract now? There would really be no use for her.

Personally, I hope they don't..I don't need the bullshit of Maggie trying t figure out if she was straight or gay..That story has been done to death..I'm with Xita. The Lena/ Bianca storyline is about two woemn, not two girls...JMO

Sorry, I was all for Maggie and Binx about a year ago. Then they let let that opportunity slip by. Going back to Maggie now especially how the Maggie has changed would be horrible.

I actually hate the Maggie character now. What's up with the boring Henry/cheating storyline.

And I think AMC did an internal poll that said people wanted bianca to have a gf, but not Maggie and that was at their height, so I am not so sure they'd go back there. I am also sure they'll do another one about the bianca/lena story and decide if they want to continue that.



Now about Today's show, lena called her "sweetheart" awww. Lena... bianca... what a horrible mess. Lena will not forgive easily, only mommy may save Lena now. Oh and she said I love you, . I think I liked the forhead touch a lot better than if they had kissed.



I am glad maggie didn't let that sexist prejudiced professor off the hook. That damn Henry, bleh. Why am I even talking about this. Pathetic.

Well, if the poll that Xita posted on the previous page is any indication, they like the storyline and want it to continue..Right now Lena is at 70% with 692 votes. I think they'll be around for awhile..



Edited to add: Well, if you take the 68% that want her and the 4% that don't give a damn one way or the other, she's at 72% with over 900 votes..That's pretty damn good. I think they had a poll a little while back asking about Henry and Maggie. 85% of the respondants hated that couple. So........Anyway, they just signed Olga to a contract, so that's a very good sign. The next few weeks are going to be full of drama and angst,soap opera fun, but they'll get through it.

P.S. I feel like Gary Marshall in Soapdish when he's staring at the screen watching a soap and he says something like "it's hypnotic"

On June 11th, Erica introduces Bianca to a new girl (cheerleader type) to try and distract her away from Lena. It's only a one-episode shot, so apparently her efforts aren't very successful..But I'm hoping that if Erica feels that Binx needs distracting, then the girls have begun to get close again.

ugh that was sad. But I think we are finally done with that phase. Lena clearly knows the game is up. I really truly think she thought that this last deed would pave the way for her and Bianca. I think at the end there she realized she's already lost part of Bianca. And binks all crying, couldn't take that, I am a wuss. ff.



Loved kendall though, hahaha. That was some scene hee.
