Samhain plans?
I used to love Halloween soooo much. It was by far my favorite holiday. I always wanted to be something scary or at least something dead and/or bloody. I have many memories of running around in the dark, leaves crunching under my feet, freezing, full of urban legends about razor blades in apples and poison in the candy.
I don't see many kids out anymore, though. Seems, around here at least, that Halloween has become a more adult holiday. Lots and lots of parties for adults.
My only plans this year involve going to some local haunted house-type places, Sloss (which really is haunted) and ATROX.
Bring on the Halloweeny goodness!
I have often been adrift, but I have always stayed afloat. -- David Berry, The Whales of August
). no trick or treaters, hardly any theme parties (but last year i did see a guy in toilet paper walk down the street- i have no idea whether it was for a party or what.) ah well
Frank N Furter!
Like, demented insane zombie clowns. Toothy, grinny, come-here-little-girl clowns.
