Re: the tongue. I think that's Willow's cute little way of showing how pleased she is with herself. See, she must have known even at this point how she'd never meet anyone like Tara again. And the perfection of that must have peeked her tongue through her teeth. It's a sign. Foreshadowing, if you like.
