strongwoman66, have you tried downloading the DivX Codec? I know it worked for me but as superherofan said, it's strange that you can watch one but not the other... Thought it was worth mentioning, though...

saule77 and Superherofan: Thank you for your help! I indeed downloaded all of the media players you've suggested. However, I still can't see the video clip. It stated my new media players can't fit with the video clip. I still don't understand what wrong with that since I'm able to see another video clip that shows the behind-scene "Stuff" shoots with Amber in Windows Media Player. I just can't use WMP to see this video clip. Still, I'm very grateful for your cool ideas!

realplayer one might work...

I have downloaded DivX, realplayer, and the windows media thing... You just need to play around with them, ussualy 90% of them work on at least one of the players

Like Tara22 said, you need the Real Media Player ( www.real.com/index.html?src=topnav ) to play the RH video. I am downloading a free version of it now as I don't have it on my laptop yet. I just realized when I wanted to watch the vid. Hee.
