It's not changing because ezboard sucks, and can't fix bugs they created by "updating" the system, but, please see if it shows up now.

which they changed without any warning whatsoever and haven't yet made an "official" announcement on. It's all part of their new system and database crap.



It's something computery with the code for our pages, I think, that was set up so each page could have a banner of our choosing. Xita needs to change it, possibly, probably.



Whatever it is made all the banners disappear. And the Sneaky Cat, Willow and Tara Fans, thing at the bottom reverted to the default. Anonymous, visitors, etc.



Luckily, all the links still seem to forward. I sure hope it stays that way.

Hey Kittens...



I'm trying to do an end-of-semester project for my Economics class and I need some advice and maybe even some help.



I'm trying to find data on past and projected sales of laptop (notebook) computers. I've googled and I've yahood. I don't know if I'm typing in the wrong phrases or what, but I'm getting frustrated.



I also tried to find information regarding specific companies (Dell, Compaq, Apple, Sony), but all I seem to find is their sales pitch websites, not their sales stats.



I'm not entirely married to the laptop thing, but I thought because of the technology angle, it would be easy enough to find information on it. Any ideas?

One place to get sales information for companies is CBS market watch



Though this just gives the total sales figures for the company, not the amount of sales of each product and it's pretty slow, even using ADSL.

Hi Catie. I don’t know if this will help you very much at all. I’ve found some links to get you started. These pages deal mostly with percentages and increased sales figures for laptop computers, but if you need actual sales reports, I honestly have no idea where you might find them. The only advice I can give you is to play around with the Google “advanced search” engine using the “exact phrase” box. I’d like to be able to help more, but I’m not sure exactly what it is you’re looking for. One thing I tried was typing “past and projected” in the exact phrase box, and “laptop” in the “with all the words” box. Another thing I tried was typing the words: statistics, figures, laptop, and sales in the “with all the words” box. I don’t really know what else to tell you at them moment, but in any case, I wish you good luck with your project.

lol, no, you aren't alone. Lots and lots of straight people (and, I've found, gay men, too) can't quite get their imaginations wrapped around what in the world you could possibly do sexually with no penises involved.



And if I try to explain that we do all the same things they do, just without the penis thing (which doesn't exactly mean no penetration, I remind them), I've often found out just how very boring their sex lives are. "But...um...we don't do anything without a penis!" or, "So...it's just...all foreplay and no payoff?"



Heh, this is not to say that there's no such thing as devastatingly boring lesbian sex.

I see from reading this thread that there is a problem with posting levels not changing, and, lo and behold, I see that I'm supposed to be a Tiny Tinkerbell Light, but I'm still a Sassy Eggs.



I wouldn't even mind, except I think it took me a whole year to get from one level to the next. I've been slacking off! Maybe getting my level fixed will inspire me to post more.
