"Wrists are for girls, I'm slitting my throat" is from Ginger Snaps and spoken by Ginger. Good choice, I have all three films on dvd.

From a film with some great cinematography...

Enzo in Le Grand Bleu.

From another Canadian horror movie:

That's Juliana from The Brood

Other truth is, my brother's in prison, my sister cheats on welfare by pretending one of her babies is still alive, my daddy's dead, and my momma weighs 312lbs. If I was thinking straight I'd go back home, find a used trailer, buy a deep fryer and some oreos. Problem is, this the only thing I ever felt good doing. If I'm too old for this then I got nothing. That enough truth to suit you?

That's from the hauntingly beautiful The Sweet Hereafter, spoken by the equally beautiful Sarah Polley. :bow

I feel like I should be saying Canadian movies for 400, Alex. ;-)

I know. I was going to anyway, but thank you for bumping the thread back up. I thought that one may have been hard, so I'll give you the answer and do a simple one to get it going again.

My last one was from Dark Water. The line was said by, Dahlia, played by Jennifer Connelly. Excellent movie, I might add.

K. Here's the new one. This one should be easier.

"I'm an english teacher, not bloody tomb raider!"

That's Alex Reid as Beth in The Descent

An old-ish movie now...

"I think it's brilliant! What an idea! And I was there! He took the idea! He saw it ripe on the tree, he plucked it, and he put it in his pocket. It's, it's, dare I say... genius? Ah, no, no! But maybe, ooh! ah! maybe it is! Maybe I'm in the presence of greatness, maybe I just don't know it. But I saw it..."

That's Moff from Human Traffic, right?

I was going for the rat. Normally, I have a very sweet disposition as a dog. In fact, more than once, James suggested that I make the change permanent. The tail I could live with. But the fleas? They're murder.

That one is probably too easy, but what the heck.

What if I told you insane was working fifty hours a week in some office for fifty years at the end of which they tell you to piss off; ending up in some retirement village hoping to die before suffering the indignity of trying to make it to the toilet on time? That's from Tremors. Val said the line. No matter how times I see that movie, I love it. A semi-butchy Reba talking about guns... :drool Help me!
